Hi Anju,
Our lithium-ion batteries are supplied at approximately 30% state of charge and therefore require charging before use. This is standard practice for shipping these batteries.

Great customer service
Have not received the item yet but had great customer service so far. Order was shipped almost immediately, and when the 24 hour delivery was delayed due to issues the delivery provider was having, they quickly refunded the costs for me. Had a great experience so far and will be using them to purchase batteries in the future
