Highly responsive and solution oriented team

The onboarding experience was just as seamless and impressive as the sales process. We worked closely with Vaibhav during this stage, and he was exceptionally responsive, efficient, and focused on finding the right solutions for us. Great service, quick, easy and affordable

Clear and easy to navigate website. Account executive who contacted me was very knowledgeable and understood my requirements. Onboarding was quick and easy to get started and i was able to use the system within 1 hr to make calls and receive them.

Would not recommend their services

We've had a consistently frustrating experience with the Nuacom app. The application frequently fails to connect, and even when it does, the calls themselves often won’t go through. Users regularly report that transferring calls is unreliable — with dropped calls being a common issue.
To make matters worse, the level of customer service is far below expectations. We've had unresolved issues lingering for over a month with little to no meaningful follow-up. Overall, I would not recommend their services.

GoHighLevel deskphone solution

I had the hardest time finding a solution to connect GoHighLevel with a deskphone. Nuacom really solved this issue for me and it's perfect. It integrates with GoHighLevel flawlessly. So grateful I found them!
