Amazing quality for a fair price

The quality of the items is amazing, particularly in love with the knitwear and denim items.

Great product, quick delivery, simple returns.

Have followed the brand since launch and wanted to try them out. Really great quality, solid fit. Bought multiple sizes and returns process was pretty simple (prepaid shipping label, drop off at local shop). Would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional

It is absolutely outrageous, the package allegedly could not be delivered. I'm literally at home ALL DAY, like almost everyone in times of lockdown.
Of course, the problem lies with UPS and not nu-in, but I turned to nu-in anyway. Because I know that companies can put pressure on their partners to do this! On the one hand, Nu-in sent me a somewhat unprofessional answer and, on the other hand, didn't feel it was their responsibility to take on the problem or help me. It was a few weeks ago and I still have problems with the order and of course my money is gone too. Nu-in is not customer-oriented at all, so I prefer to order from an established company that doesn't deny problems, but supports them!

Very nice jeans. Great that you can measure and calculate your exact size easily. Delivery was quick and painless.
I read that other people have the opinion that they should have to be able to send items back as much and easily as they want, but I don't agree. Think before you buy, save the planet. Nu-in makes it easy to consider your purchase: clear photos and size guide.

Delivery on time but hard to return an item.

My order was delivered on time and i likes the trousers and blouse I've bought. I wanted to return one item, but it seems that in the Netherlands UPS isn't a big delivery company. I tried to return it in three different stores and after a search i found one store at least 30 minutes away that takes UPS packages. So despite I liked the clothes I didn't like the return of a package in the Netherlands.

We completely agree with you that our return process is not the most convenient one. Unfortunately, our logistics partner only has an agreement with UPS for returns within the European Union. Until we implement a new return process, if this carrier Access Point is not near you, we can recommend to schedule a collection with them, so they will pick the order at your home.

We’re aware that we don’t have the most convenient and easiest return process and we're working on bringing better solutions and implement a new return process in the upcoming months. Thanks for your support and bear with us for a little 🤞

Worst experience in a long time

Regular shipping was stated as "3-5 working days". After one week I contacted their support and they did not have any idea what was going on. After 8 days, they just canceled my order, saying "not enough stock to fulfil my order". Very disappointing, worst online shopping experience in a long time.

Returned something, did not hear back in 3 weeks

I can only agree in regards to the bad service when it comes to returns! I sent a return in the middle of August and since then asked back three times with no answer. So with this review I’m hoping to get some attention! I can not recommend ordering here.

Just awful

Girlfriend ordered item in S size, email confirmation came for XXS size. She wanted to change the size, it's not possible, she wanted to cancel order BEFORE they sent it, not possible. Now she has to wait for item in wrong size to arrive just to send it back immediately and then fight for the refund.
One of the worst online shopping experiences ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This case was reported to our tech team when you contacted our customer service and they that checked everything on the website and couldn’t find the reason behind it. That was a very punctual case that caught our attention and our tech team checked everything on the website and couldn’t find the reason behind it, this was bad luck and we’re very sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you both. The indication we had is that your girlfriend ordered the XXS and on the order confirmation we also mention that it’s not possible to amend or to cancel orders, even before they were shipped. Of course, we wanted to make this possible and we hope you understand that we are a new company with only a few months old and unfortunately, we’re encountering some logistics limitations.
Nonetheless, amending and cancelling orders is definitely something we want to do and we’re working hard to have these options implemented in the future! We’re not perfect and are striving to improve and to make our customer’s lives easier, more convenient and make them happy with us every day!

Unacceptable refund time

I can only confirm what was written in the other negative reviews. It is not understandable that to receive a refund you have to wait up to 44 days. Not very serious company. There seems to be something shady going on. I'm definitely not buying back here.
