Amazing sustainable shop with freindly customer support
Great shop! There is a huge selection of sustainable clothes and the prices are very fair! I ordered several items and one piece was too small. On the website, I could easily return it. The return label was already in the package I received. The communication was very friendly! I can totally recommend nu-in!

Sizing troubles - Great Customer Service
I ordered a fine-knit dress, and the fabric was beautiful. It didn't fit, though; the sizing calculator was wrong.
Another piece which looked good first lost its shape when washing. I got refunded without issues in both cases.

Bad Quality
Bad Quality. I ordered 4 T-shirt. 2 of them have holes after like wearing them twice. And also after washing it a few times it looks terrible. really cheap quality. !!

Costumer care is amazing!
I love the brand, their clothes and especially their costumer care was amazing and really helpful since I had a problem with the quality of one pair of jeans. The fit of the clothes is great and the fabric feels really nice. The order process and return process were really good too, can’t complain about anything. Thanks so much nu-in! Very happy to have discovered Nu-in
I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews but I really like the company ethos so decided to give it a try.
The delivery was delayed by a day but most deliveries are during the pandemic and I knew where my package was at all times with the tracking number provided (I am based in Ireland so once the package was with An Post delivery I knew there would not be an issue with delivery).
I ordered the high wasted leggings and I am very impressed with the quality. I have washed them twice at this stage and they are holding up very well. The price point is very reasonable when compared to competitors and they also offer a student discount.
I am between a small and medium so if I was ordering again I would probably size down to a small as they tend to slip a little when running. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Great clothes/ethics but needs better communication about issues with returns
I love the clothes and quality and everything they stand for. However I am having a big issue as a package of mine that I returned is either lost or another reason that I am not aware of. When I enquire, they just say to wait. It’s been two months since I returned the package. I’m not happy about this as it is a hard time financially and I need that refund- my living depends on it. I don’t know what the issue exactly is and I feel there is not enough effort to get answers or anything from the delivery service. My mental health isn’t really being helped as I am constantly anxious about waiting. I feel more effort could be made and I just need to know what is happening as this wait is too long. Every email I make to customer service is the same and unhelpful so I’m quite frustrated.
Having received a response about what the true issue was cleared up the situation just fine, but I think a more clear response from the start next time there is an issue would be better. Just a small suggestion!
The original customer service said it was my fault for no invoice in the package when I never received one initially anyway. Thus providing a better picture of the issue is more helpful. Also the customer service mentioned the items did get returned to the warehouse so confused about the feedback below. Also the delivery service for the returns said they don’t give out receipts either.
All in all I do really like the items and I wouldn’t stop shopping there as what good they do for the planet really outweighs some issues. Again the quality of clothing is great too. The issues faced still would worry me next time purchasing but I guess persistence is key.

Extremely happy with the order, quality of clothing and return process. I have ordered twice so far and would definately recommend.
I did not have to contact customer service but I actually made some recommendations for their site on instagram and not only did they immediately contacted me but they also implemented the improvements within days.
The return on 1 item was extremely easy as they provides a return label.
I ordered a cardigan, a knitted sweater and a bodysuit, all great quality (I have not washed any yet but they all are cotton so at worst I might see a slight shrinkage which would be expected) and I would say true to size.
To whoever is ordering and looking at all the reviews keep in mind they would still be cooncidered a new company. I appreciated that they have answered to everyone's complain here.

I have been looking for a sustainable brand that has fashion at a reasonable price - and nu-in is definitely it! I love the clothes, they came within 3 business days despite my choosing the long delivery time! The size guide was a little off, so make sure you read the model's size.
My new pants are SO comfortable, I'm so excited! I definitely have to keep in mind that buying clothes is bad for the environment, even when the brand is sustainable. But nu-in will surely be my go-to when I am in need of something new!

dont shop there, it‘s fraud
my recommendation: dont ever buy anything at this shop. never. especially when you live in austria. once your items are delivered (and this needs a reeeeeally long time), you are not able to return them. the company sends you wrong retourn labels, so neither the postoffice nor DHL (the parcel service that is supposed to deliver/return!) will return your parcel. and there is no help. you are stuck with your parcel (and the costs) forever. this is a big fraud. dont. shop. at. nu-in.
update: the parcel is still at my home. costumer service is letting me wait since almost one week - to CREATE A NEW LABEL. this is insane.

Didn’t receive items
Ordered around 5 items and then 1 turned up in a beaten up box after being charged loads by ups, took a while to sort out probably around a month though the staff are really nice who were helping. Got a full refund on the missing items and all the charge from ups, the jeans I did get are really nice and I would say true to size (I’ve seen a lot of reviews who say run small so I ordered a bigger size and they’re too big but still lovely). I think this is more ups’ fault and hope this doesn’t happen again since I really want to begin buying more sustainably this did annoy me quite a bit in the beginning.

Still waiting to get a tracking number…
Still waiting to get a tracking number after 9 days, i’ve contacted the customer service and the answer was “ we will get in contact with the warehouse and let you know”, almost 2 days and not answer. Shipping within Europe should be max 1 week. I will never purchase again on this website.

Layered Cuff Hoodie - one to avoid, sadly
I got the black Layered Cuff Hoodie. Fit and feel are nice but I didn't think the fleece material on the inside looked good quality on first glance but gave it the benefit of the doubt.
After some light wear and one wash (short wash with cold water) small balls had already started to appear (I washed with an Olive clothing hoodie at the same time to compare how they held up, no problem with this one). After the second wash it already looks like I have had it for years. I have had H&M sweatshirts that were a fraction of the price that I wore in and out of work for years on end that have held up better than this hoodie.
It's a shame because I bought from this company because I agreed with their 'ethos', but the quality just isn't there. Clothes that aren't hard wearing isn't sustainable. I can only speak for this hoodie and maybe the other products are fine but I won't be buying again.

If you're in America, don't order (unless you want a headache).
UPDATE: Ended up sending my bank a dispute charge.
I recently received 4 articles of clothing from family members from nu-in. One fit, so I kept it and made plans to return the others.
Little did I know: THEY USE TNT.
In America, TNT Shipping merged with FedEx Shipping a couple of years ago, so they don't take TNT parcels anymore. Okay, fine. We emailed nu-in, but they didn't understand so we left it alone and instead contacted FedEx. I spoke to a nice man who walked me through what to do.
He emailed me forms to fill out in order for me to get FedEx to take my parcel. Once you finish the forms, they send you a Shipping Label that overrides the TNT return label and is processed as a FedEx label you then print at home and tape to your package.
You then have to schedule a pick-up date where FedEx LITERALLY comes to your house and picks up the package. They've verified my info last night, so I'm just waiting for them to generate my returns label.
The quality of clothes is really nice, but there's nothing that should make you want to order from nu-in....unless you have TNT Shipping near you! AT LEAST CHECK FIRST!!

A Headache to deal with
Having ordered two items I can say that I do appreciate their products and the ethos of sustainable shopping. I ordered a vest and it is a nice quality. The downside is trying to deal with customer services has given me the biggest headache. Whilst they seem to advertise and present their brand nicely, as a competitor to fast fashion brand they have clearly left the customer service behind. I liked one of my items but I’m unlikely to shop there again. The Christmas period is no excuse for customer service this slow. They should probably hire more people so replies etc. can be quicker.

Order was returned on November 27th and I haven't received any feedback or my money back to this day. It's sad that Ann Kathrin Götze advertises such a company. The clothes actually make a good quality impression, but under these circumstances I will not order again.

I liked their products but international delivery isn't on point
The parcel for which I paid express shipping arrived almost 3 weeks later, so I contacted them about shipping delays and they said they would precede to a refund for it and updated their website so that shipping informations are more obvious, which is nice. I ordered medium top and short but they fit more like small, otherwise I love the products. Anyways they're a small business getting started so I won't hold it against them but if you're outside the EU and are obligated to pay express shipping just be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks. Plus I had to pay an extra 37$cad for some rather shady fees from FedEx that I never had to pay with any other shipping company.
I would've love to give this eco friendly brand 5 stars but as an international customer, this isn't 5 stars service.

Very nice experience. Shipping was incredibly fast, only 3 days to arrive and so glad that they send it in carton box instead of plastic bags as most companies.
It’s a pity that they don’t always have measurements information in each item. But overall I’m impressed with this young and sustainable clothing company.
