WARNING: Developer promised a refund, then completely vanished (Order 31867782)

I purchased Alt-Tab Terminator on July 13, 2024 (Order ID: 31867782). The software didn't meet my needs, so I immediately requested a refund, fully complying with their refund policy.

The developer, Alexander Avdonin, replied the exact same day stating: "I can refund or change your license to another product. Are you interested?"

I replied promptly, confirming that I wanted the refund. Since then? Absolute silence. He completely ghosted me. I sent a detailed follow-up email on December 23, 2024, and still received zero response.

He explicitly agreed to the refund in writing, but then chose to ignore my emails and keep my $19.95. This is incredibly unprofessional and deceptive.

Do NOT trust their refund policy. If you buy their software (WinSnap, WinCam, Alt-Tab Terminator, etc.) and need support or a refund, be prepared to be completely ignored once they have your money. I have attached the email screenshots as proof.
