Overall a great experience

Overall a great experience! Really fast response time to any enquiries along with great products. I'd ordered a Chuku cube and a Musucube, impressed with both of them, will be seeing you again in time for Christmas.

They just don't deliver - avoid

Pretty simple. Ordered two items a while ago, they haven't delivered them or told me where they are. Spent a lot of money, got nothing for it. I've asked for the items to be delivered in the next few days or for them to give me a refund.

Professional customer service team

Professional customer service team, had a query about how to link a remote to a lamp, instead of one remote controlling both lamps, got a thorough response guiding me step by step on how to do it within (to be exact) 9 minutes!

Horrific

Horrific. Don't buy a cube lamp from this company. Can find on other website for half the price and I think you will have better chance at it arriving to you. At least on that website you know it's going to take weeks to get to you direct from China.

I ordered one five weeks ago, to date not arrived. I was lied to about the shipment date and now I've asked the cancel I've got no response.

Its a shame you dont offer zero stars! Ordered item August, informed of delay September, offered a partial refund, emailed 6 times, got 3 replies with different forms of lies. Don't do business with these people, you are likley to regret it. They are not trustworthy. Zero Stars, or negative for the irritation.

Ordered a cube

Ordered a cube. Delivery took two weeks even though in stock in uk which was a bit strange but item arrived, well packaged in box to protect cube light with foam and rigid plastic corners and protective film too. Item looks great in my lounge. So despite slight delivery delay great company and product. Responsive to email queries quickly too

Initial faulty item, but excellent customer service

Ordered a cube lamp that had finger prints on the inside and defects that could not be reached. Noxu sent me a replacement without having to return the defective lamp.
Great customer service, but should not have been required. I see a few people on here have had similar issues. However, the lamp itself looks fantastic.

Amazing Customer Service

Bought a Kona Floor Light in July 2020 which worked perfectly until 2 weeks ago. I contacted Noxu who have been extremely helpful giving me a couple or potential fixes which sadly did not work.

Despite the lamp being out of warranty they have offered to replace the lamp for me free of charge. Marvellous customer service and I would not hesitate to buy from Noxu again.

Lack of customer service/support

Ordered a lamp early October. No updates via email for two weeks. Chased up the order only to be told there’s an issue with their production line and that the order would be sent in two days via DHL Express. Two days pass and still nothing. Emailed to chase but no reply. Had to resend emails multiple times. Had to cancel the order in the end. Shame as it looked like a nice product. Now I am stuck trying to figure out if/when I will get a refund - also raised a concern with my credit card company! Why they take your money before shipping is beyond me! I would avoid this place and look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

Wonderful service

Wonderful service! Really happy with their customer service's response time and thorough replies each time, not to mention the 24 hour Order -> delivery timescale for my wonderful Heiho wall lamp. To be honest all of the products on their site are a great Christmas gift idea, I know I'll definitely be using these for my little ones!

I ordered Musu cube as a gift to my friend. It arrived late and with defects so I contacted Noxu CS. They were kind enough to offer me a replacement without me sending the defected cube back. Overall I happy with the product and company itself as it cares for customers.

WHERE’S MY ORDER!!!

Lamp has now been received and we are really happy with it. If the company had been easier to contact, and quicker to respond I wouldn’t have had to leave such a negative review, but appreciate their response from my first review and then the quick dispatch of my order.

I ordered a lamp at the end ofSeptember, after hearing nothing from Noxu for a number of days, I contacted their customer services who informed me there had been an issue on the production line and the order would be dispatched shortly. Again after a few days we heard nothing. I managed to speak to customer services who were very apologetic and informed me the item would be dispatched that day and I would shortly receive confirmation. Later that day confirmation was received supposedly from DHL saying the item was on its way. Now nearly a week later I am unable to get in touch with anyone from Noxu or the DHL shipping reference to enquire as to where my order is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

poor quality product, bad customer services

after spending £165 of the cube light, the cube light is nothing look like the one from website, had been exchanged TWICES because some finger prints inside the cube which you CANT clean up, and now I still waiting for the process of refund and look very unlikely I will get my money back, and with the cube light have to put inside the storage, which I can upload some pics to show here.

Thanks for dropping a review on our Trust Pilot.

After taking a look into your order, and the correspondence between yourself and my colleagues, I can see that you'd received a replacement due to a defect found in your original Musucube, once you'd received that, you had asked to return it for a full refund.

Since then, we've dropped you two emails, one on the 11th, and one on the 17th October explaining how you can have your order returned for a full refund.

We haven't had any response from you so I don't really see what the problem is here?

You state that you're waiting for a refund, as of now there is no refund being arranged with your order as you're yet to return your Musucube, I've gone ahead and resent the email instructing you on how to return a parcel, if you'd like a refund, please just follow the steps!

A cool lamp instead of earrings :)

I ordered a couple of cool earrings. After waiting for a month and not receiving any updates on my order I wrote an email to the support Team.

A person called Michael replied to me within 24hrs, explaining that there was a quality problem and that the one pair of earrings cannot be delivered. He offered me a discount and a possibility to chose another item on the website and to get it instead of the missing item.

I had a look on the website and decided to get a stand lamp instead of both earrings sets.

The price of the lamp was higher, but Michael negotiated an incredible offer to me, so I received my lamp very quickly without additional payment.

The entire process of my complain handling was smooth and professional, and I am satisfied with the result! But would be even better, if the support team got in touch with me themselves, when the issue has been identified. It could save me a month.

Amazing product, excellent service

Incredible product and exemplary service. I ordered the musucube as a birthday gift, and realised too late that the product might not arrive in time. My fault. I contacted them explaining the situation and asked if they could provide a shipping estimate so I could organise an alternate gift incase it didn’t arrive. In response they upgraded my order to express shipping for free, and it arrived a week later, just in time. I am super impressed with the quality and responsiveness of service, and with the product. This is probably the coolest lamp I’ve ever seen, and gets a lot of wows from guests. The birthday boy absolutely loved it! Could not be happier with the product or the service. Thank you!

Don't buy anything from Noxu, you can find same products much cheaper + there is no customer support!

If you want buy anything from Noxu Design - do your research first and you will find all their products much cheaper online. I thought it was a good brand and ordered 2 lamps from them that are already expensive + upon arrival I had to custom clear them. Once I opened the boxes I immediately knew it was some cheap lamp from China which looks okay but not for that cost and the remote which is horribly made from cheap plastic not matching to the lamp style and not working well! Also, for such price there is no even an app to control the lamp with.

If the lamps worked fine - I would not be that disappointed as it was my fault falling for scam but one lamp stopped reacting to the crapy remote few hours after unpacking (lamp only lights white, no colour change and cannot be turned off/on with remote, only by plugging out of power socket....) so I wrote to the customer service and received a generic reply with some issue fix instructions which did not even apply to my issue! They asked to send a video with the problem 11 days ago and disappeared....

No answer on any emails, no issue resolution, nothing. If they make such a huge margin on a simple lamp they could at least provide some customer support so their customers don't feel bad and could possibly order from them again, but they don't care as they just make money on busy people who fall for a good marketing and didn't have time to double check what kind of company Noxu Design really is.

Update: after many more emails and written complains on Facebook page of Noxu they did contact me back and sent a replacement lamp. The lamps are fine but still overpriced - you can find similar lamps much cheaper and the worst problem is still the remote.... you just can't provide such a bad responsive remote to these lamps for that price. It needs an app or upgraded better quality remote.
