Goods are ok but return of the goods should be at company's cost. It is definitely not acceptable to pay 36 euros to return a 59 euros good or to change the size.

The shopping exeperience weren't smooth…
The shopping exeperience weren't smooth at all in terms of delivery. Everything was messed up with the tracking process. The racket I've ordered smelled extra toxic, and the assembling quality is low or basicaly brutal. I won't be buying this brand again, I think.

I've been waiting for over a week for a…
I've been waiting for over a week for a package that circulates everywhere but not to the address that was given! A million calls to the NOX company and no clear answer or help.This company is hopeless !! I asked the courier company to contact me when they try to deliver the package again,the answer was "yes, of course". The status of the package is delivered in my city (there is no more info or address where the package was delivered). But I haven't received any package. I'm calling NOX company again, they reply that they don't know what's going on and that they will contact me .... no one contact me back! And I didn't receive the package!

It is a shame how my order is managed... I was promised to have it delivered on July 19 by FedEx. Today is July 24, but since July 12 my order stays at FedEx premises and NOTHING happens. Just pointless response mails from NOX. Total disappointment!
