Useless warranty and poor service
For the first time I bought a NOX racket the end of May, it broke within one month after a simple smash, which was not even with a lot of force.
NOX refused to cover this under the warranty: the first time they simply stated that I broke it by hitting the ball really hard (even if that was the case, the racket should not break). After that I had asked them to review it again, and they falsely accused me of damaging the racket before it broke.
Extremely poor service! The only explanation I can think of is that I had received a badly produced racket. I guess anything to avoid taking responsibility and providing warranty.

Best experience, a really nice and practice ecommerce/web. I found all the products that i lookfor. I only had an issue, when my order was paid and delivered, nox sent me a message that one product is out of stock and no give me a chance to change it or pick a different item, i didn't want the refund but i had no choice. I will buy againg because you are the no 1 in PADEL worldwide. Thanks!!!!

Do not buy a Nox racket if u are an Attacking player
Please read my review if you use smashes before u want to buy a Nox racket!!
I bought the racket the Luxury AT 18K 2022. After only 1 month of playing my racket broke down. It broke down right in the middel of the racket after I did a smash (not even full power). It cracked in the middel like the full dimensions of the ball without any damages anywhere else.
This is obviously an production error. I did send the racket back to Nox and this was their reaction:
This type of breakage is caused by a strong blow. The break it presents makes us understand that the breakage has not been clean, therefore it has not been caused by a manufacturing defect.
They are telling me I did hit the ball to hard???? This is insane I’m not even a strong hitter and i’m pretty sure I do hit at like 30% of the strength most of the people do. But they won’t do anything about it so now my racket is in Spain (I have to send it back to my country myselff) and they do not give me a new racket or money back.
Their response below is also a poor response, they are saying it’s tested and that should not happen but a brand new racket with no damages is broken right in the middel.. the broken spot is exactly the size of a ball & you even see the yellow hair of the ball in the broken spots. And they realy don’t care.
Please be aware of this! And do NOT buy any Nox racket if u are a hard hitter…
