I asked for a refund because of a wrong…
I asked for a refund because of a wrong transaction, and it was approved at first. The company collected all the data of the transactions, the wallet address, and all hash codes; also, I paid network fees.Support said it will be done until 19. December 2025. It's now 15.01.26. So why don't you just say that a refund is not possible? Why did you collect all the data first? Very disappointed.
