Withdrawal fees aren't transparent, the documentation says a withdraw fee is just a network transaction fee, while it's being artificially inflated by the service. E.g instead of paying 10 cents for an xmr withdrawal, i paid 3.5$. official support says it's "because of how liquidity provider works", i think it's a cap, they could have written it down in the docs

The fee corresponds to the actual cost of executing the withdrawal in that network, and this is the same fee indicated in our documentation.
