It Was very nice visiting Brent Cross shop and looking forward to receive my furniture. I ordered the guys there were very good and make all the transaction nice and easy. highly recommended.

We have not yet received our furniture, that is not due for several weeks, but the staff at the Lakeside store were really helpful and friendly and not pushy which we liked. It was a nice shopping experience

The process of buying dining chairs was made so easy by Hussein, no pressure. Clear explanation and correct approach in his interaction. Chairs delivered within the estimated timeframe. Pleased with the quality of the product. However, I have given 4 stars because: 1) customer service line is not effective- called three times to discuss delivery, no one picked up.2) Delivery team have left the empty boxes with me, they claim it is Novia’s policy not to take/dispose the boxes

Horrific after sales - delivery lies, no communication

Plain liars - no communication on sofa delivery after email about delay, no written confirmation of delay even though it was promised.

Yes sofa is good quality

Whilst the service in store was good that’s where the positives end.
Promised pre Christmas delivery and only received half of the order.
Promised the rest would be delivered on 6th Jan and nobody turned up. Finally got through to them on 8th and they didn’t even know or apologise.
Promised delivery on 11th Feb! My wife took the day off work especially and they let me know ON THE DAY the shipment didn’t arrive. Now promising another 2 weeks time!
I have had every excuse from order being made incorrectly to damage and even shipping containers not arriving. Promises of compensation never arriving, quite honesty the worst company to deal with - avoid at all costs

We ordered dining table after seeing it in display at Lakeside Novia showroom requesting the same model and colour. They have delivered wrong colour table and I have sent picture of what I ordered and delivered showing the discrepancy as requested by them immediately. I have been chasing Novia for an reply over the past two months , still not resolved, I called up today and i was told the complaint was closed, asked them to reopen as i did not get any reply at all. Poor service for an expensive purchase. I don't recommend Novia. Extremely disappointed. I sincerely hope they would rectify?
