No response from the company so unable to return. Would not order from them again.
Be cautious when ordering from this company. I ordered 2 dresses thinking they were coming from London but they actually came from China and took ages to arrive. I need to return the dresses and I have emailed the company more than 5 times to ask how to return them and I’ve had no response and the telephone number they give out does not work

NOVERE LONDON is by far the worst purchase experience I have ever had. I bought a dress that was supposed to arrive within 10 days from London. The company is registered in Belgium, but it turned out that the package was actually shipped from China. This feels completely misleading and dishonest.
I probably don’t even need to mention the quality — it was absolutely terrible. I feel extremely deceived and disappointed. The package arrived today, and when I opened it, a horrible smell came out of it. It smelled like rotten fish. I immediately threw the dress into the outside trash bin.
Be very careful when dealing with this company. I would definitely not recommend them.
