If I could give no stars I would. This is a scam site. I paid for my order six weeks ago and the last contact from Novarrio was on 17/7. No sign of my order, and no reply to queries.

Half a star would be for reasonably quick delivery!!

Ordered a linen summer dress for £34. Extremely disappointed in the material which was more like a dish cloth and don’t think linen at all. I ordered a size up to have a loose dress but size terrible and tight. I had exchanges with them when they gave eco excuse for not being able to return goods which we all know is rubbish. I checked Companies House but even though with the misleading London in their name, they are not registered in UK. Looking further seems they could be registered in Holland. Has anyone else looked into this. How can they get away with this. I haven’t given up yet !!!!!!

The product delivered was not what I ordered
It was supposed to be a linen shirt and I received a very poor quality polyester shirt. I wouldn’t clean my floors with it, it’s so awful
It was a birthday present for my son It took ages to arrive and didn’t arrive for his birthday
Despite repeatedly asking for a refund, they only offered 20% refund and keep the shirt as a ‘gift’
Now they won’t even answer my emails.

The phone number doesn’t exist either !
Very disappointed

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I’d parted with £25 for a pair of sandals a month ago,still no sign and no response at all from repeated Emails…

Avoid this website! Nothing but lies!

I ordered a pair of linen trousers from this site. The listing said all items are shipped within 24 hours, however I didn't get a notification of my order being processed for shipping until almost a week later. Despite the listing saying the material used was 100% linen, when the item arrived it was 100% polyester and didn't even resemble the colour of the item on the listing. The most cheap, awful looking trousers i've ever seen.

I contacted them for a refund and they were awful. At first they offered me credit for their site (as if I would order anything from there again...), then they offered me a 10% refund, and then a 30% refund. Eventually we established they would offer me a full refund but only if I payed to ship the item back to china! As it stands I still have not received a refund from them and I'm being forced to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible quality, feels like you’re wearing a plastic bin bag. Delivery advertised as 4-8 days, it took 2 weeks and a half.

Awful cheap crap from China. Also arrives a month after you’ve bought it. All the materials are nasty, shiny and plastic. The models are all AI generated. Don’t be fooled! They don’t give your money back either.

Scam company. States they are based in London when actually all of the clothes get shipped from China, clothing is very poor quality and poor fitting. I ordered a matching shirt and trousers and they are different shades of beige and the shirt came with a button missing.
I contacted them via email with pictures of the button missing and explaining that I wanted to return the items and they have been nothing but unhelpful and are now ignoring me.
They basically said they won’t accept returns as it costs them £25 per item to get them shipped back.
Very slow shipping times aswell, avoid like the plague.
Will be taking legal action.

Advertised a dress and when I recieved the dress had completely different coloured sequins and as I tried to return they continued to refuse and even tried to gaslight me by blaming it on the professional lighting of the photo. Terrible quality and very uncomfortable aswell as unprofessional.

Please dont try this to buy any item..this is a scam site..I have ordred a suit on 3/5/26 but not received this until now on 27/5/26..I requested for a refund but they are saying different reasons to avoid refund..I constantly contacted them but responses were limited and each time they are saying technical difficulties..there normal delivery time is 10 days ..I have requested for a refund few times now but no favourable actions yet..How do I get my money back ..can someone please help me..Any chance to report about this scam site , so that people wont loose their money in the future.

Do not by from this company. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for an order and when I chase them, which I have done 3 times I get the exact same email saying my order has cleared customers and it’s on its way. I don’t believe they have actually shipped the goods.

Awful awful awful. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive even though they claim to be in London, turns out it's cheap Chinese rubbish. When it did finally arrive, the suit was literally shoved in a plastic bag, was incredibly creased and of a very poor quality. You wouldn't even wipe your backside with it. When trying to get a refund they just offer a store credit, wouldn't take anything else from this company even if it was free. MASSIVE SCAM!!!!

Received a dress two weeks after ordering even though they said it takes 5-7 working days, asked to return it as not longer needed and the reason of “no longer needed” is not valid enough
But they will offer a 10% refund for gesture of goodwill, RIDICULOUS!! Also, the dress is supposed to be a maxi dress, I’m 5’2 and the dress is just below my knees, how is that maxi then?

Zero stars if I could. Slick online presence, all lies: "Crafted in London", "designer couple" schtick, professional photos (don't know where they got them from), claims of linen and "soft cotton blend"; no indication during order process that goods are not made in or sent from UK, but are nasty cheap polyester sent from China (my order was early August, arrived 3 October). My complaint email of 3/10/25 ignored till I started chargeback procedures via my credit card company; now a well-worded email from them about my "recent" order asking what was wrong. They know perfectly well. AVOID!

I received items I did not order. Cheap polyester items that can not fit an adult.
Shipping back to China is going to cost way more then the items ordered. Left with load of rubbish.
They have refused to refund my money back.
We need to report this company to facebook, youtube and authority in China. They are scamming people off.
Do not order anything from them.

Terrible experience bought the tilly maxi dress and watercolor dress, on the website it had said cotton blend, the colours were ugly nothing like the website and worst of all the material was spandex. When i requested a refund and return they delayed a week before sending me the shipping address pleading with me to keep the dress for 10% of my purchase and even increased it to 25%. The dress was badly made i could not even imagine keeping it or looking at it
