Ordered a man’s shirt from Novant filling in all the details correctly including my delivery address. Received several notices either saying the item was on its way or the expected date of delivery. Stiil waiting several months later. The latest correspondence says because of the wrong delivery address the item had benn returned to a warehouse. As a result of shipping costs incurred by Novant they could not offer a full refund. All fabrication of the truth on the part of Novant who are only concerned about making money at the expense of the customer. I wish I had read the very negative reviews before I had engaged with this company.

Very disappointing experience.

I paid €65 for what was advertised as a jacket, but received a low-quality jogging top that looks nothing like the photos. The product appears to be a cheap item that could be purchased for around €15 on sites like Temu or Shein.

The website presents itself as a boutique, giving the impression of higher quality products, but does not clearly inform customers that items are shipped from China.

Their website also claims free returns, which is misleading. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to return the item to China at my own expense.

After multiple emails, they offered only partial refunds (10%, 20%, then 30%) instead of resolving the issue properly.

They finally confirmed that the refund was “processed,” however, after checking with my bank, no refund has actually been issued.

I feel completely misled by both the product and the return policy.

I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this website.

Trying to gain information on how to return an item. E mails are all in French and don’t tell you how you can return. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. All e mails requesting return are not going through.

Ordered shorts with next delivery, nothing has turned up. All emails from them are in French. Think i will write them off as looking at reviews i will not get my money back if I return them if they ever turn up.

ordered a coat from Novant and received a product that was far below the quality shown on their website. The material, cut, and overall finish did not match the advertised item.

I reported the issue immediately after delivery, and the company acknowledged that this was a product conformity issue and not a standard return.

However, instead of resolving the issue, the case was kept in ongoing discussion without any concrete solution. Once the 30-day period had passed, they started relying on their return policy to refuse any refund, replacement, or compensation.

Throughout the process, only low partial refunds were offered or return the product on my own responsibility to China! at the end no proper solution was provided. The product quality appears inconsistent with what is advertised.

I escalated the case through the European Consumer Centre (ECC Finland and ECC Netherlands), but the seller did not engage with the official mediation process.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company, especially regarding product quality and after-sales support.

The item I ordered bears ABSOLUTELY no resemblance to the item delivered other than that it is a shirt. I was assured by email that that the shirt ordered was 100% cotton. It is in fact 100% polyester.

I ordered a jacket. It wasn't what I expected and desided to return it. I had to send 8 emails before I got the information where to send the jacket. Now when I have sent the jacket back to their warehouse to China the jacket has been sitting 3 months in customs, waiting clearence. Seller is not willing to send me any infromation from their end. I have been told that the jacket is in customs, cleared customs and it's on the way with the currier, it's back in customs, it's filed as abandoned, it's back waiting clearence. I can't relay anything they are saying. Novant seems to bee reluctant to do necessary measures so they don't get the jacket and therefore aren't refunding the jacket. I cannot recomnend.

Absolutely dreadful company. Item came very late. Very poor quality and will make it very difficult to return offering 10% refund and talking you out of the return policy that is very misleading.
I feel they are a not a legitimate company….. stay well clear!!

Men’s Leather gloves turned out to be pvc or similar . I contacted them and was offered a discount to keep them but I was not interested in owning such poor quality items. Went through the lengthy returns process and have been fobbed off several times to avoid refunding . They claimed I’d sent them to Germany but fortunately I’d photographed the package and sent them proof of return and also proof of the address . Still waiting .

Avoid this company. They sent the wrong item, then dragged out communication for 30 days with promises of a resolution, only to later refuse the claim citing their return policy. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to avoid responsibility. The item was clearly not as described, and the delay was entirely on their side. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a clothing item that transpired on arrival to be of poor quality and not depicting a true representation of the picture online. On the 19 December 2025, following the "Return and Refund Policy" I requested a refund. I was asked to provide a photo of the item via email. This was followed by Novant offering a 10% refund as international shipping can be a bit of a hassle and expensive. I refused this and sated I still wanted to return the item. I was then informed it could take anywhere from 15- 30 days to arrive in China; to avoid hassle shipping would you take an increased offer of 20% refund. I refused, so they increased this to 30% refund and I subsequently refused yet again. They then stated they are not responsible for lost parcels or any additional fees such as customs or import charges, as this is down to the sender. I returned the clothing item on 30 December 2025, checking the international shipping order it is still sat with customs on the 21 March 2026. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Novant.fr as its false advertising when purchasing supposedly quality merchandise and returning.

I agree with the other reviews. They charge you and it takes weeks to get their trashy, inferior merchandise. Items are made too small and they will not exchange or refund. Horrible greedy scammers. Shut them down and stop them from robbing people. They are in business to steal your money and you get nothing. Cheap, stupid scammers and lying thieves. I cannot say enough horrible things about them. Dishonest scum.

I ordered a pair of sandals size 40 and received size 44 (and not of the quality as advertised) . It is impossible for me to use them. I can't return them because it would cost me almost as much as I paid for them. Not a really honest company to deal with. I always read the reviews before buying online but this time I failed to do so thinking that a french company would be alright. Big mistake, huge.

I rate Novant Hong Kong with no stars. They are a fraud. It took forever to get the coat and when it came it was a large and I requested small. It was huge plus when I tried it on not only was it too large but shed all over my clothes. I notified them of this and they requested sending photos. I sent 3 photos showing the very large fit and the shedding on my clothes. In addition to the fact that I spent $146 the coat looked more like a robel. They did not address the shedding and quality but the size. They requested I send $41 and they would a send me another! So they have xxs since I requested small...is there a choice? So now I am doing what they say other customers do. i Keep crap and they would give me a 10 discount discount. i said yes and will put the coat (robe) in a recycle bin.

Please do not order from this Company. An absolute nightmare to deal with. Order came over a month late and was needed for an event. Offered discounts up to 30% to keep the product that we did not want because it came too late. Requested a return slip paid by the company and said that we would have to arrange our own shipping at our own cost, even though this whole situation has been Novant's fault. Now need to send back but on reading the reviews, we probably won't even get a refund. This is going to be interesting and will keep this updated.

This experience started at the beginning of February and we are now in mid March. All correspondence has taken place when the product was received finally last Friday.

The jacket was damaged. I paid to return it, and I was then informed that the case had been closed by PayPal. However, the case was actually closed based on an agreement that I would return the jacket and receive a refund.

I have returned the jacket, but I have not received any refund. They have kept both the item and my money. This is unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent behavior.

This website and related business is a scam, DO NOT use it!! My experience mirrors the hundreds of negative reviews, lengthy delay in the delivery of the item, which when delivered was rubbish quality and grossly overpriced. I requested a return/refund and was met with mindless requests for photos of item etc. but WAS NOT given a return address. I returned the item (at my expense) which was delivered to address provided on the novant.fr website. Next, (surprise, surprise) I was informed it was the incorrect address and the refund could not be processed. ***AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING***

The items received were not as advertised on their website. What was shown was priced relatively expensively for what it was (a coat and a jumper in this instance), but what arrived was was cheap Chinese knock-off toot - Temu quality.

When we tried to arrange a return based on fraudulent trade as the products were not correct they were mute until we started a Paypal complaint, then they offered only 40% return of our payment. Under EU/UK laws this is not acceptable.

Then they wouldn't pay return fees to China (£20 for tracked postage). They then privately messaged behind Paypal's back asking us to close the case to get a full refund as they couldn't issue it with the case open (DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE!)

Then the parcel got caught up in Chinese customs and Paypal closed the case in the sellers favour until we raised a further complaint.

The website seems like it's a European business but this is a cheap Chinese scam site. DO NOT USE.

It took almost two months to arrive .. no returns label and impossible to get into being a jumpsuit just a small opening at the neck… ridiculous BEWARE do not use this site!!!
