They do not live up to their promises or their claims about easy returns.
I ordered a pair of trousers that did not fit at all, so I wanted to return them. After several emails back and forth, they wrote that it would be expensive to send the package to their warehouse in China and therefore offered only a small compensation. That is simply not acceptable. I should not have to pay a large amount to return an item outside the EU, or settle for getting so little money back.

They list an address in Amsterdam on their website, but that is not where you are supposed to return the item.
It is terrible that you cannot return your trousers properly and get your money back, or at least most of it.

This is a company that is NOT trustworthy.

Same as what everyone else has said, massive SCAM. I'm on one month of "waiting" for an item. I'm sure I will get to the phase where they start ignoring my queries because I simply asking for my refund as I have no faith my stuff is coming.

You can even check out this gem of a response from their "support"

"Thank you for your message. I fully understand your concern and want to reassure you that there are options.

If the item arrives and you don't want to keep it, you are of course welcome to return it and get a full refund. We will process your refund quickly as soon as we receive the returned item.

I appreciate your patience and understanding and am ready to help if you have any additional questions or concerns. You are always welcome to contact me."

... read that second sentence. "IF" the item arrives. At least we are equally unsure about the existence of my package.
