Ive tried a lot of different stuff
Ive tried a lot of different stuff, but this is the first time I've seen true regrowth in areas I havent had hair for years. Ive been using it for about 8 weeks thus far. I have tons of new hair coming in all about 1/16th to a 8th inch long. The rest of my hair is no longer a frizzy mess. It has regained a healthy and shiny look, and shedding has stopped for the most part. I can wash my hair in the shower and not have to rinse the hair off my hands after scrubbing my scalp. I have been using it every other day and it seems fairly easy to manage the usage. Going to keep at it. I didnt expect hair like im 20 again within 8 weeks, but its obvious if your patient and diligent you can get the results you want from this stuff. Stoked it wasnt another let down.

Honestly this is a scam
This is a scam.
Ordered a 1 month supply to trial (buy 1 free 2 set), received 1 pack with 3 bottles inside with less than 2ml (Yes i measured) of content in each vial.
After contacting support, they stated this is a new formula and the recommended dose is 0.5ml per use, whereas packaging states 1ml per use and is hence misleading. The first thing they should do is update their materials and website to inform customers instead of misleading and cheating us.
There is no information anywhere about the version 2, this seems like an intentional scam to reduce the quantity while still selling at the same price.
it was shipped from and seems to be dropshipped, you can compare and see the similarity with other competitors, looks like the same people behind them, using different branding. Additionally, they do not give you an option to cancel your recurring monthly order which is another red flag that this is just a money grab operation.
Sick of these scammers. Please save your money and do not support. Everything, including the microneedles can be purchased from china for a fraction of their selling price.
Content vs price is a complete ripoff. 10/10 do not recommend. They rejected my return/refund request, next step will be to file a chargeback with my bank. I strongly urge all of you to avoid and chargeback if you feel scammed as well, this will reduce the number of these scammers on the internet.

Seems like a complete fraud. They tricked me into a subscription and now will not cancel it.
When you do buy something they don’t even deliver it to you but make you go and collect it from some obscure place with no return address. This feels like fraud at its best. Avoid avoid avoid.

Misleading product and impossible refund process
UPDATE: I got a refund. So I am changing the review to 3 stars. It did cost me some time and trouble; I had to dispute it through the bank, but I was refunded instantly. I would have given four stars if the company had a reasonable refund and return policy.
OLD REVIEW: After looking closely at their before-and-after claims and digging into fundamental research, I concluded this product is essentially snake oil. I asked for a refund, and they flat-out refused. The whole thing felt frustrating and dismissive.
There is also no simple way to cancel the subscription. They make you go back and forth over email while trying to convince you to stay, and the whole experience is exhausting.
I am leaving this review because I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. Save your time and money.

Novamane did not deliver my order instead marked it undeliverable due to wrong address which was incorrect. The address was right and the pin on the map the tracking showed was also correct. Now they want me to pay for shipping to resend my order. Why would I the customer pay for their shipping companies error? I find this to be very odd and sketchy.

Absolute scam. Uses AI picture for before and after, product does nothing. It’s not even ghk cu. Novamane have since replies with utter lies. They are using FACTUALLY AI pictures. Had enough of these scammy companies now. Will spend the next week dedicated to ruining this trash companies reputation now.
I received this product a week ago so cannot comment on its effectiveness. However, having paid out £140 for “4 months supply” I can confidently confirm that this company is a scam.
They’ve sent me 2-3ml vials instead of the labelled 5ml vials. When I complained that this wasn’t going to last me 4 months, they sent a cheeky automated email stating that they’d changed their formulae and now a single dose was 0.5ml instead of the stated 1ml. When I pointed out that 0.5ml wasn’t going to cover my balding hair area they continued to send me the same automated emails.
There is no company here, it’s another snake oil company ripping off desperate people. I am sick to death of it.
Please avoid this company. And if and when you do buy into this nonsense, make sure you leave a negative review and spam their socials so these companies can fizzle and die.

When Dad had his stroke his confidence…
When Dad had his stroke his confidence took a real knock. His recovery has been slow and having something to lift his spirits has meant a lot. DO NOT order from this company. They are more than likely some kind of shell company scamming people. Orders are taken and foreign tracking numbers provided (products apparently originate from China), but the company will not actually send you anything nor provide domestic shipping information. You will also be told “4-6 day USPS shipping” at checkout which is a lie.
** Response to Novamane: I have reached out to your customer service team at least four times….no details have been provided. Your team isn’t “here to help” in any substantive manner. Again, it appears this company is fraudulent.
