I’ve been using Novamane for almost 6 months now. I do notice a difference in my hair. It’s a bit thicker and the coverage is better. I do not have any new little hairs like people have suggested. I w... See more

NovaMane is not your grandpa's hair treatment brand. We’re the rebellion against outdated hair loss solutions, combining science, skincare-grade actives, and a no-BS attitude to finally give men and women the results they’ve been promised—but rarely delivered. Our hero product? A clinically-backed Hair Regrowth Micro-Infusion System that delivers 18 powerful ingredients—including peptides, growth factors, and copper tripeptide-1—directly to the follicles. No fluff. No minoxidil dependency. Just real, fast, root-level regrowth. We believe confidence shouldn’t be held hostage by receding hairlines or thinning crowns. That’s why every NovaMane product is engineered for maximum penetration (yes, we said it) and visible transformation. From postpartum shedding to male pattern baldness to stress-induced fallout—we’ve got you covered. Backed by science, endorsed by derms, and fueled by results, NovaMane is rewriting the rules of haircare. We serve customers worldwide through our platform. We’re here to make hair regrowth unignorable—with formulas that work, branding you’ll actually want to display, and a community that knows one thing for sure: thicker, harder, longer isn’t just a tagline—it’s a promise. We’re currently running a Mother’s Day promotion as part of our seasonal campaigns ❤️

I have used it for over 3 months with no results, more shedding/receding. I am in the process of doing a full investigation into this company, but my view and user experience is it is just a scam. Let’s see where the money traces to, the LEA will enjoy this.
RED flags
The company claim to be in LA. The address is a 18 story, 114 condo/apartment complex. Email IP addresses suggest some senders are within the USA and others elsewhere (perhaps with VPNs). The listed phone number is VOIP.
The product is shipped from China taking weeks. The box does NOT have sterile microneedle devices. No doctor/medical professional would EVER use these. If you order extra, these are in suctioned bags purporting to be sterile – however have no markings on the same indicating has been done by any professional company (date/time/expiry/batch).
The instructions on the box did not match the product. An email was sent as the supplied millilitres was not correct to what was ordered. They replied indicating I was sold the ‘new blue formula’ version 2. This uses 0.5ml/dose (old was 1.5ml/dose) and does not cover the scalp effectively. Whilst the email was quick – a company with any basic processes should be able to determine which customer got which batch. There are no batch numbers marked on any vials. Having measured the liquid with a drawing up needle – the volume varies. If they were concerned about old boxes being wasted, you’d think you’d at least supply up to date dosage / usage instructions within the shipment or stick something over the old dosage instructions.
They supply two PDF documents (after requesting them, $50 ‘value’ free) – again all referenced to previous studies from recent to the 1970s – no medical endorsement or actual existing professional has put their name to this product. Their ‘terms of service’ say ‘The material on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or as a substitute for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare provider. The statements made on this Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. You should consult your healthcare provider before using any information provided by NovaMane.’.
There are two ‘doctors’ who endorse the product. Dr Alex Lomardy – a ‘Board-Certified Trichologist & Hair Restoration Specialist’ [Not to confuse with licensed doctors with ‘Lombardi’ surname who are legit] – pictures and videos are positive for AI scan detection. No doctor is located/licensed by this name. Two marketing pictures show a completely different person. Articles infer that this ‘doctor’ is published, there are no articles authored by this ‘doctor’. Likewise for another endorser, Dr Colin Hayes [not to be confused with other licensed doctors with the same name in differing fields that look nothing like this apparent AI image] – articles on his website are written slightly better, but made a claim he doesn’t exist on any social media, linkedin or websites – not sure what doctor has none of these, and no practice or location/professional can be located by this name despite apparently existing in the USA.
Aggressive marketing – over 50 emails in a 3-month period – do I really need to order more given I supposedly ordered a ‘3-month supply’?
Company tracing shows this linked to Botanique Paris, an online company that shows a facial device called ‘Revital Eyes’ that is ‘backed by science’ to get rid of eye bags – supposedly with 300,000+ customers. A TikTok user alleges that they unlawfully used her photos from surgery for their marketing and has never used her product. She further alleges that she was offered $10,000 to keep using the images which she refused. This company in the fine print has a similar claim to Novamane’s fine print.
Widespread influencers promoting it (with full heads of hair) – but no ACTUAL positive customer reviews have been found outside of AI doctored images and scripted reviews on their website? Some key words are recurring across several reviews (one word in particular) that given how they product allegedly works and is administered is not correct terminology. Given supposed ‘thousands’ of customers worldwide, where are the legit – good/bad/neutral that every legit product has? Some scripted dubious accounts on other review sites defend the product. Users that highlight review concerns get told only a small number of users review it and numbers are increasing (currently 450 or so reviews on their website –AI images and/or scripted – or a small number of words. You’d think if your hair magically regrows you’d write more than ‘works well’.
The founder ‘Eric Yang’ – no social profiles. Kind of like ‘Jason from Novamane’ who also spam emails you…
Should I get scientific testing on a left-over vial?
Had a very positive experience with Claudine who supported me with cancelling an order that should not have been created. Customer service is top notch

Horrible communication from the company; the product ships from China, so expect at least a 2-week-long wait. Worst of all, the product doesn't work. I used it for 5 months, and I see no progress. I'm still within the 180-day return policy, but the company is VERY hard to communicate with, as email is their only line of communication and they are extremely slow to answer, if at all. I had purchased this product on two different cards; while the company had told me they would refund me, they sent one refund to a card that had expired and was no longer the same card number. I tried to explain that to them but have been met with silence. I'm hoping the other card they told me they refunded actually sees the refund. They said it could take up to 10 business days (that seems lengthy imo), seeing how most companies that I have been refunded from hit within a couple days, not 10+. Once I actually get my refund, I'll change it from a 1-star to a 3-star review, but just know this product didn't work for the life of me, and communication with the company is a joke at best. I also highly doubt their online reviews are real.

Kiko, in customer service, went above and beyond to assist me with ordering more Novame prior to my next scheduled April 2026 delivery. She informed me I was using too much NovaMane per session, and recommended lower volume applications.

It is difficult to communicate with this company. I am trying to cancel my subscription, I found a phone number but it goes straight to an unidentified voice mail. It is impossible to do directly through the website, you have to send an email to customer support and *hope* they get back with you. Getting a refund is even more complicated, you are required to use all the product for 8 weeks and mail everything back before week 12 and provide a tracking number and of course pay for it yourself. This product appears to be too good to be true, my mistake to have been desperate enough to order from them. Legitimate companies have good customer support. Avoid this company.

False advertising.
I have bought and used this product, I do feel my hair is slightly thicker from using the product over 2/3 months so it’s three stars for that. But….be warned, when the product arrives (micro needling) and you open it up excited to use it and expecting to use a good amount for your first dose. You’ll realise the bottles/vials are not even half full even though the adverts show these full and plentiful looking ones. So then you realise you’ve literally got to ration the tiny amount of liquid you’ve paid a lot of money for to last you the duration it says it should. You’re lucky if you can cover a palm size area well with this product. I do like the product, but there’s just no need to lie on the advertisement about the volume of liquid/serum the bottles hold. I am reluctant to buy again.

Although there is no dedicated telephone support line, the online and email support are superb. There was a rapid response to my inquiry and the representative Claudine was professional, friendly and empathetic to my issue. Claudine provided an immediate and equitable resolution to my issue and took the time to answer all of my questions. Additionally, all of my emails were answered in a timely fashion.
Furthermore, I have only been using the product for a few months now but have already noticed very positive results with completely new growth. In my experience so far, Novamane is a very reputable company and has a professional and competent staff.

Waste of money. Just another snake oil treatment that is expensive and doesnt do anything for most people. Been using it 3 months with no improvement.

ALL of their physician testimonials are fake and AI generated. The images, the names, everything. These are not real doctors. This company is extremely disingenuous and engaging in illegal activity by impersonating physicians. This company needs to be reported to the FBI’s cybersecurity division. Instagram accounts such as @dr.alexlombardy are linked to this company and is also impersonating physician using a fake, ai generated picture of a doctor.

I can understand this product may work for some people. It did not work for me at all. I used a 2 month's supply, as directed. Not only did I not see improvement, there was clear continuation of hair shedding. It certainly did not provide anywhere near the radical claims of improvement made on their website. The product pictured on their site is also misleading. What you actually receive is a very small volume (2ml per vial).
The main reason for the poor review is the lack of integrity from the company. On completion of their 2 month supply, and having had no improvement, I asked for a refund, as per their website guarantee: "If you’ve used NovaMane consistently and aren’t satisfied with your results, you can return it—no questions asked."
They immediately started asking questions and trying to entice me to continue, offering a $25 gift card to use toward continuing the product. When I declined, they stopped communicating and never refunded anything.
I would not recommend trusting this company and would definitely not purchase anything from them again.

Product does not work. Been using for 10 weeks now and following directions to the T. Also after asking them for a complete 3rd party testing for the copper peptides, they have not replied. The problem with this is copper peptides GHkU are blue in color, all teal GHKU copper is same color. This product is clear which raises a huge red flag about this product being legitimate and having GHKU as ingredient.
