With respect to the hourly rate, I need to say that they never pay the money you deserve or even the money to justify your endeavor. Only 3 dollars an hour, which becomes 1.5$ for a 30 minute class.
Moreover, the assigned sessions in your calendar slots are scattered such that it stops you from your other daily routines (30mins at one hour and then 30 minutes two hours later and ...). I even tried to pile up the dedicated hours only to a few days of the week, but they emailed and threatened to hide my account.
The classes can be canceled without you getting paid for that.
The platform hangs frequently and when you log in again after a few seconds, it is the teacher who is going to be punished for being late or having connection problem. BTW, my internet speed is 250MB and I have many other online classes without any issues.
The platform also has problem in a way that tools do not work and you sometimes need to refresh the page to make them reactivated.
Overall, the experience was unprecedentedly terrible.

My son waited for half an hour but the teacher did not come so ı dont trust Novakid and novakids teachers

The teacher is cheerful. Teaching materials are fun. Teacher pays attention for student's pronunciation. However I expect them to make my daughter speak a bit more. I hope we will experience more interactive classes in future lessons.

My daughter has been taking classes only for two weeks. She enjoys very much during the lessons. Her teacher encourages her to speak.I believe that it will be very useful for her. there are some small practices both before the lessons and after the lessons at novakidden platform. They give opportunity to learn while playing games, this is very helpful for the kids. I can only give advise about the teacher feedbacks, teacher gives feedback about the lessons, but Almost all feedbacks look like each other, the feedbacks should be more specialized instead of long sentences. but totally I can say that it looks very useful. thanks

Tutors are very well and friendly. The system is cery well designed to get student talking. Digital platform works smoothly. It is possible to schedule a lesson with the tutor you want, also at any time you want. It is a good chance to learning english for kids.

I don't know what went wrong, but we couldn't get the lessons for a week. 3 lessons were delayed. The standard teachers are mostly Filipinos, so I guess we just couldn't get the timing right.

I like the attiude of Teacher..She is warm welcoming to the kids..
Sometimes better to explain the questions with different ways have better results..like using simple words..and using more simple examples to expalin the subject will be more helpfull...as we all know the main idea for these lessons for kids are to learn how tto express themselves in easy ways..

We prefered a premium teacher in our free lesson and he is incredible. But I bought a standart course because of being cheap. Our standart teacher wasn't good. My son didn't like her lesson.

It was an amazing for my son he is so brave after our lessons :)
