Using of your application is so easy and understandable but there is one pount that filter not working properly and creating problem for user. For example, when you make a lesson programm, for the next one, it is diffucult find same teacher.
My suggestion is improve it.

Hi, I am an English Teacher. Since I am working till 17.30 I can only arrenge lessons after 18.30. However when I check the schedule, I see only some teachers from Philipinnes and I notice some problems in pronounciation and giving feedback to student.
After I bought “standart” package I noticed that all teachers in standart category are from Philipnnes ( a few teachers from Serbia and Russia who are speaking English with very specific accent of their country) This was not my dream while enrolling novakids platform.
One of the solution in my mind is ;
To give me a clue to how to reach fluent speakers for evening hours ( mostly they prefer day time when my daughter is at school) Or maybe you can kindly offer me the reasonable option to upgrade to “premium” account to find real teachers who use English in a right way. Thanks

I can’t find the lessons for my daughter. All times and dates are full.

My daughter started tle lessons one month ago and she is very happy with teacher Nancy. She is more pleasure with games after the lessons.

We love our teacher KAILA very much because all we need for the young age group is a loving heart and warm communication. My son has been attending classes regularly since August. He knows a lot of words for a 5-year-old and can express himself very easily in a foreign language in daily conversation.

Very convenient online lessons for my 8 year old daughter who liked the kindness of the teachers; they are joyful and cheering all the time. She enjoyed practicing while playing for a month in grup lessons. Moving on private lessons will probably make her progress faster.

We liked the Novakid free trial lesson so much that we decided to become a member immediately. My son asks me every day if I don't have a lesson with Novakid. The most important features that distinguish Novakid from other applications are the abundance of entertaining course materials and flexible lesson hours. We bought a 2-hour weekly package, but it allows us to plan as much as we want.

Session reminders needs to be more clear and formal. For eg homework reminders and lessons’ reminders can be different for patents to follow up
Also you can make calander integration with Gmail and other platforms

We prefer online classes with Novakid over face-to-face courses due to their flexibility.
Teachers are subject matter experts.

For 8 months we have been choosing Novakid and now his communication with the sentences he has formed is even further than we expected.
The content is enjoyable.

I don't like that the internet connection is interrupted during the class. At least 2-3 times during a lesson session, there was no such a problem during the 1st free trial lesson and the 1-2 lessons of the paid course.
I pay for 25 min lesson and I get 20 minutes.
I would like more speaking conversation activities during the class.

My son has been taking English lessons with Novakid for 1.5 months.

The way of working of your training program is ok but as for teacher organization , it is really very difficult to match teacher suitable hours and our hours , for standart program , many teacher available times are early hours of days , as yu know , our kids are in schools at that times

We use Novakid for 2 years for my daughter. It's very funny, my daughter loves her native speaker teacher too much. The programme has been planned very well. She likes summer activities. We have two lessons per week, it is so useful. She is not bored when she does her homeworks. After 2 years now she can understand, speak and read very well. She watch only English cartoons. We Will continue Novakid programme until 12 years old. I hope until the end of the programme Novakid organise a new programme for teenagers:)
