Very kind service!
Due to the corona virus shipping took more time than advertised but that is to be expected. They did respond promptly to emails. The articles did come in eventually. And they did offer a refund, so all things considered, they do take care of their clients.

Do not waste time or money with this company. The item I ordered never arrived and with each claim through PayPal, the company replies saying that I need to send the item back in order to receive my refund. Go figure - how can I send something back for refund if the problem lies in it never being delivered to me in the first place? I am giving it another 24 hours and if PayPal's avenues don't work in getting this company to PULL THEIR ACT TOGETHER, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. Don't buy the replies from "Catherine" - these replies all suspiciously have Western names, but the company is in China and the English is broken - it's all an act.

Whatever you do do not order anything from this company. They do nothing that is promised in their adds or on their website. I opened a dispute with paypal when I did not receive what I ordered. Novads response was to refuse the shipment and when the return was received they would issue a refund. How do you refuse an order you never received? Save your money and do not buy anything from this company.

Even 1 star is too much. Spent a fortune buying 3 Ecoheaters last year and wouldn’t you know it as soon as the year was over they broke down. The fan turns but no heat so obviously nothing wrong with the plugs or fuse.
Clearly Sub-standard product. Never heard of a heater breaking down within a year and that only with 1/2 years use ( only needed in winter).
They have responded to say.. sorry your out of warranty.. only offer 30 days. so basically throw the items away. !!!

I ordered a WiFi booster from these chances in mid March. No sign of it now
In early June - but a lot of empty replies. Truth is they have relieved me of 50 euro.

Avoid like the plague.
Purchase a wifi extender & took a few months to get here. Total crap and very difficult to deal with the company. All you get is an automated reply asking for a video of the problem. The last email did have an extra part to it saying video or send back at my expense and a refund if I get one will be a long time. The electrical plug also does not comply with Australian standards.
Lodged a dispute with E Bay, PayPal and the bank for a disputed transaction on my credit card.
All other victims should do the same

OMG I feel so stupid ...
OMG! I feel so stupid. Paid for a wifi booster and after two months they tell me it has been delivered. Just for fun I now ask for shipping details etc.
BUT I know already that the money is lost and I feel SO stupid. Cannot believe I taught my kids not to fall for these scams and here I am.
I bet it's not even worth sending a report to the danish police - they would probably laugh with good reason...! Just wonder how many customers they have like me - hope it's only a few.

There is no excuse for their sorry merchandise. I did receive my over $100 “masks” after 4 months. They are absolutely no good and completely ineffective, as they are made out of thin and flimsy foam material, exactly like is in the motor of my vacuum cleaner. Ridiculous!! There is also a tare on the side connected to the earpiece. There will be no way to get a refund. Money lost for nothing!!!!

How to Get a Refund from Oxybreath Pro for their Fraudulent Masks
I got a full refund from this fraudulent company and their fraudulent product. Here’s how I did it.
I called Visa and they told me that I had to get in touch with the company and demand that they send me a prepaid label so I could send back the product and get a refund. If they didn’t respond within 15 days I could call Visa again and make a dispute. The Visa dispute number (for Canada at least) is 1.877.717.2377. You have 115 days to make a dispute from the day you pay for the product.
The company was hard to find but I finally found them through their Facebook page. Their email is support at novads.co. They answered my email but said that they do not send prepaid labels. They told me to put the masks in an envelope and return it to the return address with a tracking number. Fortunately I still had the bubble envelope with the return label so I used that.
They refunded me through my Visa account several days later but refused to pay for the tracking number, which was $20.86. I called Visa again but they told me that I had to wait for them to send me the prepaid mailing label and because I didn’t they didn’t have to pay for the tracking. However, Visa kindly reimbursed me the $20.86.
Hope this helps the many people who have been taken in by this scheme. I am going to post the same n the numerous review websites that are complaining about this deceptive company.
