Wish i could give not a single star. Paid through PayPal, waited for over a month for delivery, asked at least 5-6 times about an ETA or shipment tracking notification. Eventually, filed a case in PayPal to get me money.

Like other comments here I to ordered the end of April and it still not arrived. Kept being told covid19 had slowed things down and wait a few more days! Eventually they have agreed a refund so we see if this comes through. Don't deal with this COMPANY.

Big Scam-Save Your Money!!
I placed my order April 6". , 2020, and received it today, June 29, 2020. I contacted customer service, asking what the status of my order multiple times. I repeated answer I received "it's been shipped; you should be receiving it shortly". I do not consider waiting another month as shortly!
Don't bother looking at the tracking, it's useless.
When I made my purchase, I thought it was coming from Toronto, Canada. Even with Covid-19, I estimated it would take 2-3 weeks, not nearly 3 months.
Secondly, the product is coming directly from Guangzou, China. There was not mention of this on their website.
Thirdly, when I received my package, the face mask is made of flimsy foam with a vent!!
I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER purchase another product from this company again.

horrible low quality products such as…
horrible low quality products such as the nanotech masks which I got swindled, this company is fraudulent and should be prosecuted as such. I ordered 5 and only got 2 masks which are of very low quality, returned them and I have yet to see the reimbursement. Do not buy anything from them.

Rubbish! Bought a so-called Sports Watch from these people which does not work. There’s no way of returning it, so it was a complete waste of money. Luckily my husband refused to buy one or we would have wasted over £100.00. Having now (too late) read the other reviews, I wonder why they cannot be taken down completely for the scammers they are!

I purchased a wifi extender that they…
I purchased a wifi extender that they advertised as a system that stops internet throttling. I reported to them that the throttling system does not work and requested information on how to correctly configure it. They admitted in writing that the system cant change internet speeds and dodged my question about this mythical anti throttling function. They brushed off my follow up complaint. This is looking like missleading advertising which is illegal in the federal trade practices act. If so then my next move will be a complaint to the department of consumer affairs. They will not act on a single complaint but if there are many, then these guys will be prohibited from selling in Australia and possibly face a federally funded damaged claim.

Fraudulent Scammers
I had ordered 2 germcidex uv light wands over two months ago and had started a conversation online of why my order had not been delivered. They had said please wait a little longer? I had asked for a refund or new items sent. I had come back to the sight and they erased everything in the conversation and seems to have dissapeared. They thought they erased all evidence of the discussion but I had saved it to my computer. I am sending all info to IC3-(FBI Internet Crimes Division), Consumers affairs, Cyber Investigations and all other resources I can find. There are many resources out there to use to shut this fraudulent scam down. Please take the extra step and help others for getting ripped off.

I ordered air coolers from them more than two months ago. They never arrived so I queried it. They wrote and said they couldn't deliver to my country (Cyprus) and promised to refund the money to my credit card. Since then, there have been countless emails - they always say the payment has been "initiated" and that the fault lies with my bank. My bank says they have never received anything, Today, after another pointless email exchange, I have now threatened to expose them online. They are liars and cheats. Don't touch - I have lost nearly 300 Euros.

I would have preferred not to give any stars but unfortunately had to show at least one in order to write my comments. This company is an absolute con and should be avoided if possible. My order was never delivered and although they agreed to refund the payment it has never been refunded.

With the advert being on the Microsoft news app in Windows 10 I assumed it was a legit company., after all its on a product with the Microsoft name so it must be OK. Because I can't give zero stars, Novads are a Scam company they trade under different names such as Applexa. They mainly advertise "new, amazing products" on YouTube, the web payment is very slick, but they will deliver generic, poorly made Chinese rubbish. When you try and return it they will stonewall you. If after this review you still want to take the risk, then make sure you use PayPal as you will get a refund because the scammers don't bother contesting it. Basically scam run by scum.

Buyer BEWARE!!!
I ordered three (03, SUPPOSEDLY) 'N95' masks for my daughters who are travelling (home healthcare) RNs and were unable to obtain them thru their respective companies, and one (01) for my wife who was washing their clothes daily.
1st: It took over two (02) MONTHS to receive them.
2nd: Their customer service $UCK$!! After a month with no product, I started contacting their customer service to obtain status on my purchase. Right up until delivery, customer service kept referring me to a tracking website that was NOT being updated. Customer service kept telling me my order was enroute, when the tracking site they were referring me to said my order had not left CHINA!
3rd: NOVADS / HYPERSIS Tech appears to be a U.S. company when the only thing U.S. about them is a 'pass thru' to CHINA!
4th: The products, for which I paid $50 each, are EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE, and I'm sure that someone could make more than 40+ an hour! My daughters, when these didn't arrive, made their own and were SIGNIFICANTLY better. I got screwed BIG time!!
5th: Did I mention that their product and customer service $UCK!!
