Gorgeous food & so easy and convenient for me to take to work. Bonus they are healthy and always fresh too. Favorites so far are definitely the halloumi skewers and the garlic butter prawn pasta. Look forward to them every week and can’t wait to try more😋

Quick and easy to order with a great selection of food. Thoughtful packaging and the meals are spot on! Favourites so far, the cod curry, Halloumi wellness bowl and the salmon sweet chilli bowl also the shots are a great boost. A lovely treat to have some prepared meals that are just wonderful ☺️
I work late so sometimes struggle to eat well in the evenings. Take away food is an easy option- BUT Nourish and Go means I can eat healthy balanced home cooked meals in minutes and it's cheaper than any take away! Win Win!

Plus a real time saver, given it’s all pre-prepared. Recommend the oat breakfasts and the prawn linguine, plus the drink shots. Can’t wait to try some new week 2 recipes.
