Peyton is amazing. She really meets you where you are, and helps by making attainable adjustments. She finds things that can help you out and sets up a summary of your visit to refer to for guidance. She has helped me with meal planning and snacking habits. Along with what to add more of in my meals and how. I enjoy having her support. She is super friendly and so easy to talk to. I enjoy meeting with my Nourish coach and discussing a meal plan, planning healthy food plan. I have gained confidence in building a healthy menu plan i enjoy and eating . The goal setting we do also helps me put my health and goals as a priority.

You could start with the fact that the app works pretty darn good. I paid for an AI assisted app to track my macros and this is every bit as good and my insurance covers it. Then you could move on to the nutritional list I deal with which is Andrew and he is excellent. Very likable gives great advice. Listens very good. I am more than thrilled to have him as my nutritionalist I would recommend him to anybody

Rachel is so very kind. She is knowledgeable and always supportive! She has great ideas to simplify things. Sometimes I tend to over complicate things and she is very back to the basics kinda person. Especially with my extensive health issues. She wants to focus on one or two simple things and build from there. I feel very comfortable talking to her, like she is an inviting friend, not someone who is impersonal or judgement. I feel like even if I mess up, she is a very, that’s ok, just keep pressing on, no one can be perfect all the time. Small changes and see how you do.

I love Nourish and my nutritionist & RD LuAnn! She always listens to me and offers me suggestions on ways to not only lose weight but to improve my overall health as well. She has been educating me on how the foods I eat affect glucose spikes, cholesterol levels and cravings. She is responsible for me finally understanding why I get those chocolate (and other) cravings 😋 and how to eat to avoid them as often. And those cravings have been more under control now than they have ever been. I highly recommend Nourish if you want to finally get serious about eating the right foods for your body and addressing any health issues you may have.
