The dietician was great, and I had high hopes for this experience, but Fay itself is a scam. I entered all of my personal and insurance information before selecting a dietitian, and I was told there was a $0 out-of-pocket cost for the meetings. The dietician even repeated that during our meeting. Afterwards, I received multiple emails stating that they couldn't verify my insurance, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone to discuss the issue.

Weight management made easy! Karolin is incredible at what she does & connecting with her through this app has made it convenient (helping me to remain consistent). She caught that I was taking too much of a vitamin & that was preventing me from losing weight. I had been to multiple doctors & they couldn't figure out the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAY!

Made it abundantly clear that I needed a meal plan. And instead of focusing on that, the RD insisted in telling me the history of food and how blood works. That’s $260. It would’ve been another $160 or more To get the meal plan. if you want to get extorted, Fay Nutrition is your place

I signed up with Fay and was surprised to be told that my Insurance, Humana PPO at the time would cover my online visits with a Dietician/nutritionists. I had two online visits, after which my insurance changed to Aetna PPO and was told Aetna PPO does not cover this service, so I cancelled and have not scheduled.
However, now I have been charged for both visits - first one $126.00 and the second one $70. I feel this is not right and should have been made very clear about the co-payments, I was told my visits are covered. Difficult to reach anyone.

Nutritionist was good, but the billing was deceiptive.
Beware buyer.

This has been a great experience, love the 1:1 support that adjusts to my needs. I've tried alot of different programs and this one works best for me. I've been talking to my nutritionist weekly for 3 months now.

Natalya is an amazing Dietitian. I am learning so much and improving my life in a variety of ways. My diet changes have been very easy to implement.

Fay Nutrition displays no contact phone number on their website. Any billing issues, good luck. No customer service. It's totally run as an internet, portal service for registered dietitians You're better off dealing with a RD without this middleman. When I checked the Better Business Bureau, they had 171 complaints in the last three years.

Great service

What has been making my experience great is understanding. For some people understanding carbs and calories may be a piece of cake, but for me the experience has been enlightened each session. I leave with better understanding than I had before. She takes the time to help me with recipes, creating my profile for helping me with portion control and I am the better for it. You can tell that she has a passion and gifted at what she is called to do. Thank you.

I had a very good experience using this service. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay, truly committed due to my busy work schedule. 😔My nutritionist was GREAT!!! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone committed and seeking better health.

Fay nutrition has the worst custom service, they are useless, unreliable and unresponsive. They charged me 4 times without my consent, they don’t reply to emails, there is no phone number to contact them and they don’t even answer on the billing tab of their own platform. Stay away from Fay, they are the worst.

Misleading billing. The dieticians were great but the site was misleading. We thought this was a fully covered benefit or minimal copays and suddenly received bills of almost $1400.

Fay nutrition works with my insurance to ensure I’m covered which I appreciate. Paige constantly uses the app to check in with how I’m doing and offer feedback. I am very impressed!

My dietician Karin has been phenomenal about helping create a plan that meets my needs and goals. He’s become a second therapist to me, understanding my personal obstacles with foods and helping me stay accountable. Highly recommend.

Samantha is wonderful. Shes attentive, answers all questions, holds me accountable and send me recipes with work with. Its always a pleasure!

I have been struggling with Type 2 diabetes for a while now and in 2 weekes and 2 sessions with Helen, I have gained more knowledge on how to manage my sugar and lowered my daily glucose significantly...she is so encouraging and approchable and I'm so happy my daughter referred me to Fey!
