2 failed deliveries and poor customer service afterwards. Its been 2 weeks and im still none the wiser, nor have I had a replacement. It takes time to get a response back.

Ill be sticking to John Lewis from now on!

I have received my order damaged and the blush completely faulty. I promptly contacted CS sending also pictures of the item. They ask me to pay for the return and treat the return as a complaint. I mean, I spent 40 pound for a blush that arrived broken! I have contacted them on the phone couple of times and omg how rude they are. The saga is still going on but someone should really check on them, as a consumer I am very frustrated and disappointed

All completed very quickly and product was at a very good price and quality

Do not buy perfumes from. Ither badly stored or not completely original so they do not give same quality as from the original website of the perfume.

*Update* After my original review, the company did finally make contact and paid a refund. They did offer a replacement but I didn't have the confidence it would arrive. I have given them credit as when they did get in touch they took steps to resolve the issue.

Absolutely awful. I know now that I am not the only one to have goods sent to me omitting the first line of my address.
Despite Evri saying they were going to deliver after the system being updated after 5 days of chasing the parcel it's now missing. Rang Notino UK to get their chatbot saying all operators are busy and to call back in opening hours( which it was) Sent 2 emails to Notino which have automated reply saying they are busy. You can't get through to any type of customer service. Such a disappointment. Will be requesting a charge back

Ordered on 7th July. Delivery notified for Friday 10th by DPD. Didn't arrive. Tracking said parcel still in depot at Clyst Honiton. Delivery notified for 13th, Monday. Driver claimed missed delivery, not at home. I most certainly was, all day. Rescheduled delivery for Tuesday 14th. Driver claimed to have delivered, but it certainly was not to my address, photo showed white plastic front door which mine is not. Notino have ignored my email, telephone only answered by bot in a doom loop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TAKING MONEY BY FALSE PRETENCES.

My order was despatched quickly & the courier was polite and courteous & tracking updates were easy to follow.

This was my second order with Notino and once again the whole experience was excellent. The ordering process was quick and easy, communication was great throughout, and my items arrived well packaged and exactly as expected.

I really appreciate the competitive prices and the wide range of products available. Everything has been smooth from start to finish on both occasions, which gives me confidence to keep shopping with them.

I see I'm not the only one that had this problem. 1st line their address missing off the parcel. Evri delivered it to the wrong house. Trying to get my money back is proving difficult. No answer on phonelines. I should not have to wait for their lengthy,so called investigation. Was refused a refund and offered a voucher! In the end , I had to claim my money back through Paypal as Notino were trying to take payment twice on my credit card for an order I never received

Unsure what is happening but Notino stopped responding emails. I remember getting a notification mentioning they were trading under new management. Paid £60, dpd says delivered but nothing arrived. Tried to contact multiple times with no luck.

Ordered on Friday 3 July. Package transferred to Evri Monday 6 July. Out for delivery Wednesday 8 July. Get a message from Evri - driver could not deliver parcel. We will let you know when it's out for delivery. I contacted Notino on Friday, they say just wait :D . . . Uhmm okay? So you're not going to actually do your job and find out where the parcel is? F me I guess. I sent them another email telling them they need to contact Evri to figure it out.... No responses. Seriously DON'T ORDER FROM THEM no parcel no update no refund. It's Monday 13 July past 6pm I've yet to hear from them. Bunch of thieves should've just ordered from Amazon. This is the first and last time I will ever purchase from them! Absolutely incompetent. If I don't hear from them by Wednesday I'm doing a charge back because what the . is this even? What kind of business is this?
