So impressed with the personal and excellent customer service I received when I had a query with my order. Sometimes online companies are fine until you have a problem and then it is impossible to contact any human for assistance. Not the case with Not Another Bill. A lady from the customer services team emailed me back very quickly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product I receivedI and I will definitely order from them again - highly recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a very frustrating experience.
I placed an order based on delivery information provided by the company’s AI chatbot, which indicated the item would arrive in time for Mother’s Day. This turned out to be incorrect, and the item arrived too late to be of any use.
The company acknowledged that the chatbot gave inaccurate information and apologised. However, despite this, they refused to offer a refund and instead relied on their returns policy to deny it.
The issue is not just the mistake — it’s how it was handled. Rather than taking responsibility for misleading information provided at the point of sale, they chose to hide behind their terms and conditions.
A credit note was offered, but this is not an acceptable resolution when the purchase was made based on incorrect information from their own system.
If AI customer service is the future, it needs to be accurate and accountable — otherwise it creates more problems than it solves.
Very disappointing overall. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

I purchased the beautiful colorful backgammon play and due a delay with DPD it was clear that it would not arrive on time. Terrible service overall. Paid and got confirmation for my order. Called up to check how long it will take to receive as needed it for a birthday they said 4 days to despatch. Over a week later they cancelled and refunded my order no email explaining or phone call.
Then I called they said it was out of stock almost 10 days after the order was first placed. They then said they would let me know when it was back in stock. I looked today it is back in stock no one contacted me. Appalling customer service.

Spent a good hour personalising a gift order. There was a lot of personalisation on my order from engraving to printed ribbon work and notes. Waited four days to expect to receive a dispatch email. Only to receive an email saying the item was out of stock. Back to square one. What a waste of time: inconsiderate web stock management. They have no excuse. And don’t bother apologising - it’s cringe the way I had to hear the lady say sorry on the phone - so fake.
16 Dec - you have now replied back. Like I said I don’t need your apologies. Your “sorry” does nothing to change anything.
My review is to help others think twice before buying from you in case the same thing happens to them.

I placed my order at 12:58 on 4 December. Your website states: “All our personalisation is completed by hand in our London studio, which means we can complete your order in a number of hours rather than days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, including orders which are personalised.”
13:40, 5 December
Having received no update within 24 hours, I contacted your Customer Services team at 13:40 on 5 December. I was advised that my order was not yet ready for collection but would be available either that evening (before 8pm) or the following day. I confirmed that I would collect the item on Saturday instead.
Your website states: “From Saturday 29th November to Saturday 20th December we will also be open for collection between 9am and 5pm on a Saturday.”
09:04, 6 December
On the morning of Saturday 6 December, I still had not received any update on my order. I attempted to call several times but was diverted to voicemail, where I left a message.
11:05, 6 December
As the gift was time-sensitive and needed for a dinner that evening, I travelled by public transport to your premises at around 11am, only to find the industrial estate gates locked and a water-damaged, illegible message for Not Another Bill collection customers (photo attached).
Despite the advertised opening hours, no access or contact was possible, and I was therefore unable to collect my order.
19:02, 6 December
That evening - more than 54 hours after placing my order - I finally received the first update:
“Hi Fiona, Things are a little busy here at Not Another Bill, so your order #XXXXXX is taking a bit longer than usual…”
As a first-time customer, I am extremely disappointed. I was unable to give the personalised gift as planned and had to purchase an alternative at short notice. Given your stated terms and conditions, it appears I am now unable to return the personalised item despite the delays and lack of communication. As the event for which it was needed has already passed, I am unwilling to collect the order.

Price for product (Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose) advertised on Google Shopping as £45. When you follow the link, the product is actually £82.
Also concerned from reading reviews that the company claims failure to deliver is not their problem. Legally, it is. The contract is with the retailer, and the Consumer Rights Act makes the retailer responsible for the good condition and safe delivery of the order.
Avoid dealing with any company that either doesn't understand or fails to comply with UK consumer law.

Just 5 months on and my silicon iPhone 15 case is already looking worse for wear. The colour has rubbed off from three of the corners and also the raised part that surrounds the camera lens. I was very happy with the speed of delivery, but disappointed with the longevity of the product.

Starting by saying I love this brand. However, I ordered a leather phone case monogrammed and it is a beautiful thing. Delivery is fast and it’s a sturdy case.
However, very quickly the printed letters started to fade. After 6 months, the leather started to wear and get very dirty where it cannot be cleaned and the colour transfers. Disappointing as it’s a lovely thing but for the price I expected it to last longer. After a year, I am looking to replace but sadly not with the same phone case which is a pity.
Have ordered other products and they have been fab. 3.5 stars for the phone case.

First time using and was thoroughly delighted with the whole experience. Ordered a gift for my friend which got delivered to her on time and beautifully gift wrapped.
