Easy website, quick checkout.

Liked the website, easy to order.
I would have appreciated a faster confirmation of my wishing to change the size.
However, it was done in time.
I found catchpa annoying.

I have not received my order yet however, the process of ordering is seamless and there’s a lot of communication with the vendor. I look forward to seeing my clothes very much.

I ordered a navy trouser and top with short sleeves and belt with a view to wearing it to travel abroad by plane. It is perfect for travelling and very comfortable as well as stylish. I am so pleased I bought another set in pale blue!

Terrible return policy. What i purchased cost £40. To return it would cost £30!!! Be very aware off this when ordering with them.

Their computer sight is easy to navigate. Their sales are great and you get your merchandise on time.

The quality and sizing of the limited pink Barbie coat is dismal. The sizing chart is totally wrong. Returns are a refund to their website if you can afford to send back! Thats if they send the address! The coat in the picture is NOTHING like the piece of rubber you receive. Scam! That would be half a star, I'm absolutely gutted! I see they are now HALF price I wonder why?

The ordering was nice and easy. The website gives you a size guide which was really helpful. My last order can through quickly. I was really pleased with the twin set I bought that I have ordered another one in a different colour.

Haven't received my order yet but would have liked more product info ie more specific details of measurements, inside leg for instance. Also are the trousers elasticated at the back and how do they fasten ? Will be in touch.

Shopping on the site was easy. You had enough information describing the apparel I was looking at to make an informed decision.

Would NOT recommend this company. A friend (doesn't have trip) has ordered some clothing. It was far too small and return process very complicated (on purpose). Turns out the clothes are from Italy and will be rejected when sent back. Chased for weeks and refund rejected. Tried to get refund through payment agency and it was rejected by business also.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Becoming one of my faves.
This is my second order.
First time I was worried because it was new to me as I waited for the delivery. However, the service was excellent.
Once it arrived I loved the style, quality, versatility and presentation of my two travel sets. My new order, again bought 2, are exactly what I have been looking for.

I am being asked to write a review when I have not yet received the goods. However, the process of ordering the clothes was very fluid and straight forward and the web site is easy to navigate. I am looking forward to receiving my clothes and hoping I have made the right size request. The designs and materials look stunning in their simplicity all in a wide range of colours.

Sizing is very inconsistent and the company does not want returned product. The cost of shipping for returns is extremely high (according to them) and they offer small discounts on next purchases rather than refunding a purchase. Sizes are not as described or shown on the website so be careful when ordering. Despite refund references you will be stuck with product that is either too small or too large.

I bought 2 outfits from north fashion. I outfit fit but not loose fitting as described, and another was far too small, so the smaller one I decided to return.
Despite the parcel being redirected to me from Newcastle the return address was in Italy, and I had to pay. So £16 later!!! Off it went. After 3 weeks and several chases from me and no refund, according to Olivia from the company it had not arrived I went through a complaints procedure with company I paid with. The other day the parcel was returned unopened and the label on it was REFUSED. So I take from that they had no intention to refund me.
So PLEASE don't return anything to

You will be wasting your time and money.

The outfit I kept I have worn but after 3 washes (30 degrees, not tumbled) it is fading.

Not a good experience and this has told me not to order from companies who source stuff from 3rd world countries on line.

Save yourself money and as an older person the anxiety of having to chase your refund (which you never get!)

Easy to navigate and I did my measurements to ensure I picked the correct size. Fingers crossed I have ordered the correct one!
