Fab experience and really great guys who truly know their stuff. They focussed on the things that require experience to see: construction, plumbing, electrical, roof, insulation, building tolerances etc, with cosmetic snags also included. This is exactly what you need for snagging and the report is detailed, with pictures and associated guidelines to support out of tolerance snags where needed. Highly recommended.

From the moment they arrived on site, the team were thorough, professional and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to talk us through every issue in plain language, nothing was too much trouble, and they didn't just disappear once the job was done — they followed up afterwards to make sure everything was in order. You could trail through the internet, but personally I feel you would be wasting your time, as I cannot recommend Northern Survey highly enough.
No “Hidden extras”, they are Very competitively priced and from my first interaction , Simon and Paul were the utmost professionals, amenable and very knowledgeable in their roles.
Extremely skilled in their communication, they explained everything in layman’s terms and I was completely aware of the whole process they were to complete on my property prior to the day.
Knowledgeable and meticulous in their trade, they identified things we would never have been aware of until it would have caused greater issues and damage down the line.
A leak under the bath, an issue with a toilet and two blocked pipes were dealt with immediately on the day.
They provided an overview of the key concerns and have identified items that we would never have been aware of, until we may have been out of warranty therefore they have saved us money we would have had to pay out in the future.
A comprehensive list, also identified items that may become an issue in the future, we therefore have documented evidence to cover us, should this occur.
We are so grateful for their expertise and they have given us peace of mind our house is structurally well built and they have saved us so much time in producing a snagging list ourselves.

Paul and Simon were absolutely brilliant. They rescheduled the appointment multiple times due the change in completion date. They spent the entire day at the property snagging every aspect of the house and giving a detailed report on completion. Fantastic company and would highly recommend
