Won't respond or return money -SCAM!

I booked a room for Feb. 2026 but had to cancel. I cancelled WAY in advance — in Sept. 2025! — and was expecting a refund within 7 days, per the terms of the booking.

They have held $565 of my money for a month now and won’t reply to my inquiries. I have contacted them through every available means and they have completely ghosted me.

Upon further investigation on sites such as Tripadvisor, I see I’m not the first to be scammed. Do not give this business your credit card number!

I will change this review if I get my money back.
