Hex dumbbell set with stand & Bench
Fantastic equipment. Brilliant service team.
Ordered a full hex dumbbell weight set with stand and weight bench. Order process was simple. The team were very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery was earlier than estimated as well which was fantastic.
The equipment is brilliant and has massively improved my home gym setup.
Certainly be ordering more from the team.

Super helpful & speedy delivery
I made an error on my order & put in the wrong address (Road instead of Avenue). I contacted the help desk & John was super helpful, contacting DHL & getting my order delivered to the correct address.
He was also reassured me that he'd deal with it & there was no need to be concerned.
And I love the bells, excellent packaging too.

Home gym equipment
I bought some home gym equipment from Northern a year or so ago and was extremely impressed with the bench and dumbells I received, and the speed of service. I bought an additional set of dumbells recently, again with speedy (free this time) delivery. A rack I also purchased didn't quite work, but Northern were exceptional in responding and arranging a return and refund. Brilliant company and excellent value products.

Grey faux foam wooden flooring in my games room.
This is the best foam flooring I've seen on the market, and it looks amazing in my games room. The only problem I have is that different packs are 1 or 2 mm different thicknesses, which means they don't all sit flush on the floor.
Other than that, I love it.

Informed Northern Gym Equipment that the courier had not delivered my order, although the tracking system said it had been delivered.
I informed Northern Monday, and the the replacement has just been delivered via different courier the day after.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a bench step and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted Northern Gym, and their customer service representative, Ryan, replied to my email within a couple of hours, offering me the option to refund or replace it. I chose to replace it as the item was exactly what I wanted. That same day, Ryan arranged for a replacement to be sent, which is due to arrive any day now. The customer service was excellent. I can't wait to receive my replacement.
