Northern had really good prices on there weights and the site was easy to use. Delivery was quick and easy the experience was really good. I really don’t do shopping and messing about northern made it simple even for me.

Informed Northern Gym Equipment that the courier had not delivered my order, although the tracking system said it had been delivered.
I informed Northern Monday, and the the replacement has just been delivered via different courier the day after.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a bench step and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted Northern Gym, and their customer service representative, Ryan, replied to my email within a couple of hours, offering me the option to refund or replace it. I chose to replace it as the item was exactly what I wanted. That same day, Ryan arranged for a replacement to be sent, which is due to arrive any day now. The customer service was excellent. I can't wait to receive my replacement.

Trust worthy and good products
First class service and the equipment is spot on, customer service 5 star what let’s this team down,
Is the atrocious service from DHL
Had two delivery’s and both left at other houses, one a mile away which the owners brought to mine, and the other not received saying I had signed for it, absolute lie, when I contacted DHL and asked for a photo and
Signiture to be emailed, they hung up,
however the brilliant customer service sent another package out even though it was delivered to the wrong address I received it in the end.

Adjustable dumbbells
I ordered the set of 24kg adjustable dumbbells, they are great quality and haven’t failed me yet. I had a slight issue with delivery, the equipment comes in 2 parcels due to the weight and DHL lost the second part of the parcel. Northern (John) were quick to reply to my emails and sent a replacement parcel within 1 hour, which I received only a few days later! Good communication and great equipment!

Bought the adjustable dumbells
Bought the adjustable bench, floor tiles and the 24kg adjustable dumbells. All good until I had a problem with the dumbells. The plates wouldn't lock in, emailed the company and got a response very quickly from John, he gave me clear and precise instructions to reset the mechanism, super job, all sorted

If I could score 0 I would. I've never dealt with a company as frustrating as this. I bought a pair of adjustable dumbbells and less than 3 months later 1 has broken indicating poor quality.
I contacted the company and I thought at first they dealt with it well. Acknowledged the fault and said they would arrange a collection and replace the faulty item. A week went past and I hadn't heard anything. I responded and they sent me a collection link with no details to be able to book it in. I tried to respond and was given a rejection email from their server. Since that point I've been unable to reply directly on email and have instead had to contact through their page (the postmaster rejections confirms its their side but they won't investigate). The company refused to call me to sort it making the experience extremely frustrating. I eventually asked for a refund as I'd been without the product for over ao the and again they responded and immediately refunded. However I'm now in the same circle of trying to return their faulty goods. For the hassle, the frustration of dealing with this company I wouldn't recommend you use them. Go with a bigger company with a better customer service experience as trust me you will regret using them like I do. The whole experience has been a joke.

Rack to the Dumbells
I just want to say that the items that I bought was all good. The only thing I was unhappy with, was the rack to the Dumbells as it stated this was a sturdy tiered STEEL. This wasn't the case and was plastic. Not very stable at all for the weights. Anyway, I did email the company and was intouch with a John, who was most helpful and understood why I wasn't happy with the rack. He did sort this for me, although there isn't a steel rack so couldn't have one sent out had to keep this one.it certainly shouldn't have stated that on the description but John said he would be reaching out to the warehouse and marketing team to update the website so it doesn’t mislead other customers in future. Ordering was easy I been looking and researching buying weights for a few weeks. The the discount came and I took the plunge in ordering my weights. Delivery was quick received in a few days. Weights are great comfortable to hold and no smell which you sometimes get from new weights. Loving my weights and I would highly recommend ordering from Northern Gym and I would definitely be ordering again when I need to upp my weights again 👏🏾👏🏾

Ordered some well priced weight plates. They were sent the same day using Evri. Unfortunately Evri were unable to deliver to the correct address. Tried initially sorting with Evri but they were useless. Contacted Northern Gym and they sent replacement the next day with DHL. Very impressed and excellent customer service. I aslo dealt with a human and not a chatbot. Thanks will be ordering from them again.

There initially was an issue with my delivery and I contacted Northern Gym Equipment’s customer services. I received a reply from John within 15mins and he promptly arranged a new delivery with a different courier. My goods arrived within two working days and I was more that satisfied with the goods and the serviced that was provided. I will definitely be buying from them again.
