Same experience as many other reviews here I'm afraid. Ordered a rod they advertised in stock with next day delivery, contacted after a week to be informed they didn't have stock and would take " a few weeks" to supply. Ordered from Veals instead, was inform every step of the way with delivery the next day. Please don't waste your time or money with this company, clearly blagging orders with promise of stock when there is not any. Another company that deserves to go under.

Good customer service once I sent an email enquiring about my order I got a response within 2 hours one item I ordered was out of stock so I was able to either change my order or get a refund so I changed my order. Next day delivery aswell to northern ireland I would happily return in the future don't let the bad reviews on here put you off

Paid money received nothing, no products received and a complete lack of communication from NETS about any resolution

Ordered a few bits from website, had confirmation email, 10 days passed with no dispatched email.. sent an email on 8th day to which I had no response.. called them on 11th day and they said they don’t stock the items.. refunded a week later

Waste of time,
ordered a pair of gloves On the 18th of August and was marked as dispatched on the 19th two weeks later still no gloves contacted and was told they must’ve gone missing in the post and they will send out another pair, it’s now the 6th of September. Still no gloves after many calls and told different things and just shy of a month, What a waste of my time dealing with this company, wish I’d read reviews first before ordering.

Ordered pair imax Baltic gloves. Arrived within a few days. 16 quid including p+p. Jobs a good un.

I can't believe I have to leave even one star to be able to write this review,trust me they don't deserve any! After eleven days and two emails as they couldn't be bothered to reply to the first, to be told the IN STOCK items I ordered were out of stock and would take a few weeks. Heaven knows when I'll get my money back,and I now have to sort out replacements before I go away in a couple of day's. Discusting! TRUST ME STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!

I do not recommend this store, scammers!!! Made a purchase on 19 December wind out in January that item is out of stock still on 8th not got refund for it open case on paypal do not recommend avoid

Absolute sh;t show these lot are.

I order £120 worth of gear. Got an email saying it was dispatched. Then an email two hours later saying my order was refunded. So I rang them and asked why. They said the safe payment failed. It didn’t. I always screenshot it when it goes through. Also checked my bank statement. The money was sent. The idiot on the phone then said if I paid through PayPal they would send the goods. I did that and same
Issue. 7 days later still

If I lived closer I’d be paying them visit. Purely ok the basis the bloke on the phone did not give one single fcuk. I’m now going to terrorise them on the phone. Plenty of time on my hands since I can’t fishing as my suit didn’t arrive and I’m £240 out of pocket still. Wan kers

paid for 1st class delivery - no sign a week later - call them eventually speak to some useless plebe and sends me a tracking link and they sent it out 2nd class! probably wont arrive

I ordered an imax smock at a very good price, delivered the next day. Very happy with the product and service and even got 8.75% cash back with using top cash back app.

My 1st impression of this shop was they had a good selection of tackle on their website & decent prices but despite ordering items shown in stock & paying for premium quick delivery my bits never arrived. Constant useless emails came back to me responding to my question where are the bits I’ve paid for??
Their customer service skills are frankly like they don’t give a F@#K .
Over a month from when I ordered & stop awaiting a credit to my account after cancellation of my order.

Ordered a Christmas gift on 12 Dec, it’s now 3rd January still not received item. I contacted them and they promised a refund within 48 hours, well 6 days have passed and still no refund. The attitude from the store - surprise surprise: they couldn’t care less. This was my first and last time shopping with these clowns 🤡

Placed an order as they offered next day delivery which I required at the time. Item didn’t arrive for 2 days. I emailed them and they showed no interest and passed the blame. Nor were they interested in reimbursing me for a service I paid for and never received.

Sat fishing Friday afternoon and decided to order myself a new bite alarm, delivered Saturday morning, fantastic service and competitive prices, will shop with them again, thanks.

Ordered some spinners on 7th of July. On site was advertised the item is in stock and I'll received in 7 working day. The status on my order was all the time Awaiting stock. Nobody contact me regarding my order. I contacted on 28th July with same answer. Awaiting Stock. Finally on 20th August I decided to request refund.Refund received. Isn't a fair trade to sell items when you don't have it on stock and use the customer money. Avoid !!!!

Ordered the Shakespeare Sigma 13ft match combo and the item was delivered free the next day. The price forthe item was the cheapest I could find. Couldn't ask for more.
