NorfolkQualityPlants Reviews

Five-star experience. I can't believe how quickly my plant was sent. It was packaged so carefully and arrived in perfect condition, with instructions on care. I am very happy.

Can't tell you how brilliantly packed my plant arrived. Didn't lose a leaf and it looked like it just came out of a hothouse. Gorgeous plant and will definitely use again. I've been so disappointed by other companies I had to post out of appreciation for the care you took. Thank you.

The plants were packaged really well and safely, with excellent planting and care directions. They arrived in an upright position, with no spillages. The quality of the plants is excellent, and of the size I ordered. I am delighted with my purchases and will order again.

Easy to order on line and delivery went smoothly with options to agree a suitable date or make other arrangements with carrier.
Received Ceratostigma shrub very quickly and well packaged.A beautiful bushy, healthy little shrub. Absolutely love it
Would definately use Norfolk Quality Plants again when I need anything I can't find locally.

Excellent quality and size. This was my first order from Norfolk quality plants so I ordered one Viburnum 3 litre pot and the quality far exceeds any other plant I have ever bought online and had delivered. Arrived well packaged and very quickly. Every effort made to ensure plant arrived as undisturbed as possible. Very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be back to order more.

The plants are great quality. They are always well packaged and arrive safely to your door.
Two Clematis, one Jasmine and a Passiflora so far thriving in our new garden.

My first order from this company and very impressed. Wonderfully healthy young Laburnum tree. Excellent packaging, as not only packaged perfectly, but the tall cardboard packaging has easy to open tabs down one side, no giant staples to wrestle with, as is the case with some other companies. Very good value. Arrived really quickly. Within a couple of days. Very impressive! Added to my 'companies to use' list. 🙂

Arrived quickly and the clematis Omoshiro was packed extremely carefully and was in perfect healthy condition. Planted straight away and is growing very well.

My plant was beautifully packed and arrived in good condition. It was delivered on time and was as described.
The information sheet that came with it was excellent. It gave full and detailed advice on planting and positioning. Thank you!

First order but won`t be my last. Very impressive operation. Excellent value for money. Great quality and packaging. Speedy delivery.

Thank You for beautiful plants. Very quick delivered. Very healthy and beautiful two plants Phorium tenax variegata❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fast delivery, quality 3 litre hydrangea (decent height and maturity). Will definitely purchase from Norfolk Quality again. Thanks guys!

So often when I buy shrubs online its hit and miss, but these arrived super fast and were perfect :)

Never have I ordered plants online and received such healthy well packaged plants. My second order in a short space of time and all plants have exceeded expectations. Great communication and very careful next day delivery by APC. Thank you so much.

Ordered an Abutilon Red Tiger on Wednesday, it arrived on Friday morning. Far quicker than expected.
The plant looks in perfect health, lots of new leaves and even a few flower buds.
We lost one of these in a really hard frost a few years ago and have wanted another but not seen them at any garden centre since. Thanks to NQP for finally supplying a super looking replacement. Will need to have a proper look at their site to see what other gems they have.

Lovely quality clematis. Good delivery. Great service. Would recommend.

Fabulous quality plants. Very well packaged and fast delivery.
Wonderful service.

What an excellent service this company provides.

I ordered my 1st plant from them last week and my plant arrived really quickly, was well packaged and looks really healthy.

I was also pleasantly surprised that my plant came with a care sheet.

I highly recommend this company for any plants u might need.

Thank u for my Clematis and I look forward to doing business with u again ;)

Ordering was straightforward and delivery was good. I was kept informed via email of order's progress. When the plants arrived, they were well-packaged in suitable boxes with clear instructions to delivery driver to keep upright.
The plants exceeded my expectations. (Ordering plants online during their period of dormancy can be a bit of a gamble) They were, as expected, asleep for the winter but the proof that they had been well-nurtured and not rushed to sale was their lovely, healthy root systems. I just know that once spring comes, they are going to burst into action and give me years of beautiful blooms.
Also included was a sheet of care instructions which was really useful and written in such a friendly yet informative tone.
Thank you, Norfolk Quality Plants, this was my first order with you and I will definitely be back. In fact... there are some plants on your website I'm eyeing up already.

I am disappointed with the sapling laburnum tree I bought. I had expected a tree with one main stem, but the one I received is multi-stemmed and does not have a nice shape. The website did not warn that the tree would be multi-stemmed. I would never have bought this tree if I had first seen what it looked like, nor do I even have room for a multi-stemmed tree. I was not offered a refund when I complained.
