I am a very keen gardener and open my garden with the NGS every year, as well as running a gardening course for Cambridge University of the Third Age.
I purchased 3 delphinium plants a few months ago, from this wonderful nursery, and they now have 16 flower spikes and look amazing! I only wish I had discovered your nursery years ago. I have recommended you to so many people and look forward to ordering more plants from you in the near future. Thank you!

Out of the other online plant sellers Golden Valley were packaged the most securely and not a single plant suffered/damaged. Really nice quality plants.

Just received 6 big plants from Golden Valley and they are in incredible condition . The soil was damp but not wet and the plants were perfectly protected. They arrived really quickly and I look forward to putting them in my North facing front garden, adding some well needed colour with your excellent choice of plants. I will definitely buy again.

My first time I bought from this company , and it not be the last .
Placed an order on Tuesday and plants came on Friday .
Each plant came individual wrapped , three plants in box another strong box very healthy plants, and I was given a free plant as well .
I would say 10 stars

I recently bought 3 hellabores which were sent out by the company in a timely manner. DX courier were awful and I kept getting notifications that my plants would be delivered for them not to actually be delivered. I'm giving 5 stars because of the excellent customer service from Sally and Nicola , who kept me updated and were as frustrated as me with the delivery company. Even after a week in transit, the plants were in good condition and are happy in the garden now.

My shrubs have just arrived and the quality is amazing well packaged will definitely be buying again

Ordered 3 roses from Golden Valley who I hadn’t heard of before, but the roses were a bargain I couldn’t resist. Well they arrived today, very healthy and happy, soil a bit damp still and packaged with much thought & care. A mess up with the delivery address which was 100% my fault but the office were quick to rectify. Can’t wait to get them in the ground. Thanks all

I chose a selection of late summer/autumn-flowering plants for my son's birthday. They arrived looking terrific - fresh healthy plants, wonderfully vibrant bold colours - my son's delighted and sent me loads of shots!

I have ordered plants online from various companies with varying quality but Golden Valley Plants were exceptional. They were the best plants I have ever ordered online. They were distributed very quickly. The plants were packed very neatly. The condition of the plants as mentioned were first class. My go to company from now on.

Great quality plants at great price and great customer service - can’t recommend more highly. I’ve now had two orders of a total of 14 plants all 3l pots - all have been top quality and good size. They’ve also been well boxed and delivered carefully which makes a huge difference from orders I’ve had elsewhere online. They went out of there way when I emailed to add more to my order - even sending photos in advance to see which plants I might prefer. They also had better prices that I could find elsewhere for the same plants, even for smaller sizes.
They are a great genuinely caring business who I can’t wait to order from again.

And 1 out of the 5 plants is purple and not white!

Not impressed!

Beautiful strong, healthy plants superbly packaged. These foxgloves had travelled from Hereford to Whitley Bay without losing a single leaf.
I am so impressed both with the service and products and will not hesitate to order in the future.

I’ve had some shocking experiences with mail order plants this year - from some of the big named companies so though I would try golden valley plants. After a mistake on my address when I ordered the company have gone out of their way to assist me which has been much appreciated.

The plants that have arrived so far are really good healthy plants - far better than from their competitors. Am looking forward to the rest of my delivery and already looking at what I could purchase next!

Received a lovely replacement plant after problems originally with delivery. The plant arrived in excellent condition and looked lovely.

I had a small issue with my order, but Sally responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She arranged replacements for both the Agapanthus and the missing Verbena without any fuss — so kind and efficient.
