After dealing with useless bots came first-line support but it was second-line support that finally provided a very simple solution. Thanks, Antonio Esparza. Gave a lowish score (would be 7/10 if that were possible) because this really shouldn’t have taken so long to resolve.

I have had NornVPN and Incogni for about one year. I do not get many scams, but the VPN has picked up a couple and Incogni is working well in getting brokers to delete my personal information.

My email was hacked and they have changed my email to the new one very quickly, im very satisfied with how nord help their customers

Had connection issues from abroad. I tried everything on my end. I finally opened up a chat and worked to resolve the issue. The rep walked me through steps and we were able to reconnect with no problems. Very professional and knowledgeable.

THEY BREAK THE LAW WHEN TAKING PAYMENTS!
I have few accounts and one ONLY had an 9 months expired card against it YET they took payment from a card ONLY on another account which is NOT legal.
You only now get decent service on the mid and top plans the basic plan you get WAY better perforamcen from budget VPN Windscribe. I will be cancelling when my other account runs out, they are not worth it now, Nord are no where near what they use to be...AVOID

They won't send any notifications about the renewal and even if you didn't use the service after the renewal they won't give you any refund. Horrible. Ticket id 21001291
