Good product, well made. Easy to set up.

The customer service is terrible, I ordered the battery pack for the quest 2, December, did not receive till January. I ordered the unit in product did not work when received, the 7 day no hassle policy is a joke, the 30 day money back policy is also not to be counted on. When i received the battery pack and notified customer service of the problem is when the real problem began. After 2 1/2 months i was finally issued to return the product. Be ready to pay your return shipping, no return shipping provided. This was over a total of ~35 emails. Then when i was told i would get a refund they automatically shipped me another unit which i did not want after the previous issues. Just received the second unit, i can only hope this unit works as advertised. I would look elsewhere to by a battery pack for the oculus 2. Buyer beware.

The charging stand was a little faulty but overall worked well with charging the controllers but never chrared the headset

The Battery extender was fantastic I love being able to game for extended periods of time without needing to recharge

I was obviously a sucker taken in to this and have to say I’m disappointed. Battery back up doesn’t last as stated and not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Bit of a let down I’m afraid.

I have purchased the headband with the extra battery and I love it. The band is very comfortable and the extra battery life is excellent and gives me a lot of extra time to play. I would definitely recommend this band.

Got sent the wrong product did everything they asked like sending a video of what was wrong then it was like they left earth because I emailed them a million times for a simple swap or refund and nothing not one email of response so looks like I’m not getting my money back so just hope you don’t get sent the wrong thing because you won’t hear from them again.

Upgraded battery life helps tremendously with long stints in VR for my Oculus 3. Would definitely recommend!!

I really like and enjoy the comfort of the head strap. What is super disappointing is the battery life. Without strap I was good for 1.5 hours off the original headset battery. With Nordquest I’m getting 2.5 hours +/- . So not the “up to 5 hours” as stated in ad.

I bought this for my 9 yr old for christmas. Here it is March. The head band snapped.

Ordering was easy. Shipping time wasn’t too bad,but it definitely didn’t ship from anywhere in North America. It works as described so far.

Great products at great prices

The Nordquest head strap is a massive improvement over the original. Quite apart from the much extended battery life it is just so much more comfortable. No more headaches from the elastic strap. A great investment which makes the Quest 3 so much more enjoyable.

The headstrap works well, but I had initial issues with the battery charging my Quest 2. I worked with support and they ended up sending me a new unit. The unit now works great and extends my play time.

Goods don't come from Canada as stated but China. Ordered prescription lenses and 1 hour later they updated my order to dispatched. How is it possible to manufacture and dispatch prescription lenses in an hour? Absolute rip-off.

Definitely extended battery life. The back cushion part has consistently come out from its track and I have to pop the tabs back in almost everytime I put on or takeoff. Not a big deal to pop in but wish maybe better design. For this reason I took 1 star off. It is comfortable but probably needs the added accessory as the front part is cloth like and not great for sweating.

Ordered the battery pack and strap and the anti blue light lenses ,- the strap speaks for itself for comfort, and goodbye to those nasty pressure headaches the original strap caused..it nearly put me off using the VR until I discovered this set - the anti blue light lenses are super easy to fit, and as the covers are magnetic they make it simple to remove ready for play - 100 out of 10 !!!
