SCAM website, AVOID like the plague
My experience same as all others. Did get my money back from my bank. Thankfully looks like the website has now been taken down.
Leanne Wall of Kent appears to be the director of this company according to Companies House.....hope karma pays her a visit!!

Scammers . Fraud agents on to them. Hope they get caught wherever they are. These companies should be verified before Google allow them on the website

This is a scam company, please please please do not use. I placed my order, received a confirmation email then nothing, no response from email sent, and the links that they sent via the order confirmation are no longer available. If you look at the positive reviews, they're all from France, and this is clearly where my money went as this is what it states on my bank statment, these are fake positive reviews. DO NOT USE OR FALL FOR THIS SCAM like me and so many others.

I agree it’s a SPAM.When I bought from them there was no review online for this company. I googled the name of the company and I found it was based in Kent. If you call them there is a voice message, sounding unclear and dodgy.
They advertise very cheap products to make you buy them.I thought i was buying a dehumidifier but soon after payment, i realised it was a scam. I opened a dispute with the bank and got my money back , but apparently this company is trying to get the payment back from my bank. I noticed people giving all the good reviews are from France. What a scam..,

If I could give a zero I would. In September the trust pilot reviews for this company weren't as bad. I Ordered a dehumidifier in September. No order confirmation or receipt emailed. After 2 weeks of no product or communication I tried to contract them via their website, still no reply. After another week or so I emailed them, still no reply. I had to open a fraud case with my bank to get my money back.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered a dehumidifier, stupidly I didn't check here so cancelled on the advise of my bank within a few hours. Still no refund, no dehumidifier. Please report to Action Fraud as this company is a dormant company and will take your money. Hopefully AF will take action and the bank has said they'll refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, REPORT 5* REVIEWS AS THEY WILL BE FAKE, REORT TO ACTION FRAUD.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I placed the order!

I've realised this is a scam. No product has arrived and there's no response from the company. I've now seen the other reviews... Will report to crimewatch and action fraud. Has anyone else got their money back? Google pushed the sponsored ad to me so are also responsible.

Ordered an Item on Sunday and have heard nothing since. Tried contacting the by Phone and email and got nothing back. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!. Registered address is in Kent. Check Google Maps shows up as an Architects Business. Only wish I had read this review first. BE WARNED!

ordered dehumidifier on 3/10/24 received email confirmation then nothing, no reply to emails and raised a complaint with PayPal now 21/10/24 still awaiting refund.

This is a scam website. Nora Bone is listed as a dormant company on Companies House site.
These scammers just take your money and deliver nothing. I have reclaimed my money from my credit card company.
I should have followed the old adage that if something looks too good to be true, it usually is too good to be true.

Yes iv'e fallen for the £99 dehumidifier.
can't see where I went wrong, not a link etc.
Iv'e taken a 52 min phone call to the "NFRC" to report the issue. Also contacted my bank.
Website still live as I write this.
Exactly the same issues as other UK buyers.
No confirmation emails etc. etc. etc.

Scam, no contact after purchase, no reply to emails, no one answers the phone. Had to ask my bank for refund.

SCAM SITE. If only I had checked this site before.... As they say, if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Reeled me in with £99 dehumidifier, when every other site is selling it for no less than £159. I should have trusted my gut instinct!!! Take my word for it and learn from my mistake.

Same as everyone else, total scam and the product never turned up. What an absolute pain.

Sharing my experience overall it was great to say the least. The price for the dehumidifier was great bargain and also they delivered fast a brand new dehumidifier to me in 6 days, a little longer than the other companies but I can't complain about the price they offer. That is just the sacrifice we make. but the only thing i would tell them to improve is the customer service speed sometimes is taking longer to reach them and hear back but overall its great product. I leave a thumbs up for them.

Bought a brand new dehumidifier that was discounted from nora and i couldn't be more happy. arrived to me in 4 days from ordering and its very convenient for me. Thank you guys i will be ordering agains soon :)
