The food is amazing and my dogs love it. They have nice small stools on this food as well as it is so digestable

I really wanted to love their fresh custom-packed meals but the quality is so unpredictable. One shipment looks like true frozen fresh ingredients, while another looks like indistinguishable chunks of 'something'. One order of the chicken meals is straight paste, while another order of the same chicken meal is chopped ingredients. More so, within 5 meal packs from 2 different shipments, I have found MOLD inside. This mold was present before thawing, meaning the manufacturing process is NOT fresh. A huge question about the manufacturing process and quality. Even packs that looked fresh must have also been spoiled because my dogs were throwing up and having severe diarrhea, which didn't stop until I completely took them off that shipment of Nomnom. And I know it's only the packs that are spoiled ingredients, because I had my dogs on NomNom for a year without any issue and was singing their praises until suddenly there has been a manufacturing change. I reached out to customer support when discovering the mold and they just gave me a discount for my next order, but I don't want a discount; I want quality food! I'd rather pay more money for quality food than this! Now I have an entire $400 worth of frozen packs in my freezer that I do not want to feed my dogs in fear of not knowing which are spoiled and whic are good.

Great product. My dog loves it, and his health has improved significantly since we switched to NOM NOM.

I knew when to expect the delivery and they checked up to see when the delivery looked like it might be delayed.
I changed the order a few weeks prior to the delivery and the order was correct with my changes when it arrived.

Nom Nom is fantastic, my dogs love the food and it's conveniently packaged. The only issue I have had is with delivery. FedEx is not reliable and I've had several delayed deliveries and one that never arrived at all. I live in a Minneapolis suburb (so not in the middle of nowhere) and it's always stressful when the food is in transit.

Cancelled my order through their website and they still sent me food and kept my money and refused to give me anything back. Food hadn’t even shipped out and they said they refused and the next day they shipped it out. Now I have to throw out $152 of food I cancelled at the beginning of the month because my dog is allergic to it. but person I spoke with suggested just giving it to a neighbor.. can’t just give dogs new food.. not how it works.

I was able to pause my subscription with ease while I was traveling and when I returned the delivery arrived as requested.

The food is the least “mushy” among the fresh food brands (I’ve tried 3 others for reference). I interpret this as less processed although I can’t be sure this is true, but definitely less messy dinners as our bulldog is a VERY messy eater :).
Customer support has been quick and friendly. I love all the fresh brands because I think they all have a great purpose, however Nom Nom is our fave so far!

My dog Mr. Big loves the NomNomNow food and after eating for a while a fuller and bigger coat. I like that the food is packaged for individual servings and not messy. Customer service is really good as well.

Our dog loves the Nom Nom food. It looks much more like real food than the prior product we used. I like the individual packages.

My puppy loves his food from NOM NOM. I started giving him the variety pack at 7 months and he really liked it. I have used another highly rated dog brand but I like the look and texture of NOM NOM. it looks like real human food. We’re very happy with NOM NOM.

My Corgi was a very fussy eater. I tried different brands of kibble before I switched to Nom Nom. What a difference. He absolutely loves it and can't wait to get his bowl every meal. Customer service is great and I like the support emails They send every week. Highly recommended for your pupper.

I was very pleased with look of the meals. They looked just like table food with veggies and meat. My dog, Rufus, devours the meals in 5 minutes. I’m glad I changed over from Farmers Dog!
