I own a fair few Nominal pieces
I own a fair few Nominal pieces. Recently, experienced one of my favourites had broken. I emailed Nominal to get an advise on their police on broken items. Within minutes, I received a reply, and they were so generous with their offer. The matter was resolved within minutes.

Stay away! My first order was missing an item so I was given a $55 discount code. They did not apply it to my next order and instead charged me twice for the full amount. I had to report the fraud and get a new card. Total scam!

There was no duplicate charge or fraud initiated by Nominal. The payment processed reflects the balance remaining after the gift card was applied. We take situations like this very seriously and would never intentionally charge a customer incorrectly.

Very Disappointed
Very very disappointed. I made my order for a necklace on 07/12/25 and paid extra for faster delivery. Since then I’ve been in touch with customer service a number of times and got generic apologies saying it will be there in a few days. They’ve offered vouchers and discounts but not resolved the problem. I was meant to get my delivery within 1 week of the order and it is now 31/12/25. With no idea as to where the item is. On 29/12/25 they gave me a link to Passport Global their tracking service I got in contact with them and they have said they have not received the item from the merchant and I would need to speak to them. It seems I have been lied to or the chain of communication within the company has failed. It’s now coming close to a month since my order and no idea where it is. I want a refund and just an explanation as to how an order is so badly handled a really poor experience probably one of the worst.

I haven’t received my order yet, but I wanted to leave a review based on my experience with Nominal’s customer service because it has been amazing so far. They were quick to respond, very kind, and extremely helpful when I had questions about my order. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure everyone has a good experience. Based on the support I’ve received alone, I already feel confident shopping with Nominal and I’m excited to receive my jewelry. Also love the concept of helping out a country in need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a brand that values and respects their customers.

Best customer service, hands down!
I have ordered from Nominal a few times before, and this time for a holiday order. There was an issue with my order, and I e-mailed about it. I could not BELIEVE how fast Mohamed got back to me - within literally 3 MINUTES. He offered me a solution without hesitation and ensured that the whole process went off without a hitch. The amount of care he put into making sure the whole situation was fixed for me can't be compared, I have had good customer service in my time, but never to this high level!
I will continue to buy from Nominal and recommend it to my family and friends. Their jewelry is beautiful and made well, and I proudly wear it every day to show my Palestinian heritage. I know if I ever have issues, Nominal and Mohamed will stand behind the product and do what it takes to make the situation right. Bravo! Lovely surprise
I saw tonnes of ads for this place but was hesitant to make first order. The shipment came beautifully packaged and items were high quality and not cheap looking. Customer service has been impeccable. It felt great buying from a company that is on the right side of history.
