Nominal is an amazing company. Their jewelry is high quality and beautiful AND comes with a lifetime warranty. The customer service is top notch as well. They reply to emails and requests same day and always solve the issue. I love that there is meaning behind every piece. Great company, I'll continue to support and recommend!

Most of my jewelry is from Nominal, I have bought from them for years. Their jewelry is so beautiful and great quality. This brand is absolutely worth supporting. And whenever I had any issue, their customer service was always very quick to be helpful and friendly, which I really appreciate. I look forward to continuing to shop with Nominal!

UK customers beware - whoever is in charge of sending orders out doesn't understand UK addresses and postcodes. I placed an order on the 24th of May, and I got an email saying the order was "delivered" on the 2nd of June. I looked everywhere for my order - no sign of it. I sent them an email, and long story short, they said to wait 5 days - waited 5 days, no sign of my order. I sent a follow-up email to chase, and one of the suggestions was that I open a P.O. Box, which, as us Brits know, P.O Box isn't standard operating procedure here. I did a quick check, and Royal Mail quoted a 7-day wait and £50.40 for a P.O. Box - I wasn't about to go through that for one order! There are probably other options for getting a P.O. Box, but retailers from all over the world manage to get things to my door so paying £50 didn't seem worth it. Initially they said they were going to send me a replacement as a "one-time courtesy" - like I'm out here hoarding stolen bangles. I'd understand this if I was repeat offender, but this was my first time ordering from them. I got the tracking number and checked the Passport Global and Royal Mail website - the item was at the "Southgate Delivery Office" - which is in North London and not in my delivery area at all - clearly something had gone wrong with the address label. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to send me a replacement. I kept my eye on the tracking. And on the Friday 19th of June, the replacement was "delivered" - I checked the tracking and saw, once again, it was at the Southgate Delivery Office, so they had effed up again. I was on a work trip all weekend, but first thing Monday 22nd June (note this is now a month-long saga, we started on the 24th of May), I called Royal Mail spoke to a lovely man, gave him the tracking info and he said he can't tell me where my order was delivered to, but he can tell me the address was wrong and incorrect. But here's the thing: in the order confirmation email, my address is correct, so there's a disconnect in their system that they aren't looking into. Instead, they want the customer to adjust to them. I sent a final email updating them, but they are insisting they sent it to the right address; like, why would Royal Mail customer service lie to me? When I enter my postcode into Royal Mail tracking, it tells me the postcode is incorrect. Anyway, I've accepted that my bangles are not coming to me - which is a shame because I have been after that style for a while! I'll just have to keep looking anywhere else.

ETA: I wish I had read reviews; I can see other Brits (GB) having problems with delivery.

ETA 2: The feedback here says there was a 3rd attempt to send the package; there were only 2 attempts, so they have mixed me up with someone else.

I had such a great experience most recently in my interaction with the support team. I’m a frequent customer over the years as the quality of the goods are always great and I’m always happy with my purchases. My first ever situation came about where an item I purchased had a slight wear/tear on the outermost raised edges (I use this daily so it was natural friction that may have worn out a potion of this, completely understandable). I recalled the warranty being excellent from my friends past experiences, and decided I’d try to see what my options would be before I jumped to look for a new item. I was assisted my Mohamed Morsy who responded to my inquiry within the same hour- EXCEPTIONAL. The most stress-free and guilt-free process and I couldn’t be happier. I provided the exact information requested and didn’t have to go back and forth to explain further than I initially did. I was not just allowed to utilize my warranty but had been reimbursed the original value of the item regardless of what I actually paid with any discounts. Mohamed’s professionalism and ease in communication really set the bar to me for all interactions, and really highlights the great nature of this company as they do indeed stand by their word and quality. Thank you Mohamed for your kindness and understanding and resolution, thank you Nominal for having Mohamed on your team and for the company as a whole for being genuine in nature. This company is AMAZING! The jewelry is well made and beautiful. I wear my pieces daily and I shower with them on and a year later they still look new. Communication is fantastic. Customer service strives to make things right. They have helped me solve issues (late shipping or kinked up chain), They also fixed my mistake when I tried to use my reward points. (Join the rewards program...don't miss out).

Bought several pieces approximately a year apart and they have been great quality. When an issue arose with one of my ordered items, customer service was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. I always get asked where the jewelry I'm wearing is from and their return policy is also very forgiving if you don't love a piece.

Nominal has the best quality I've seen in a very long time! We have girls and they love to shop, and Nominal has had the best lasting quality after wearing them out and about! We always get great compliments and questions about where and what their pieces are!
