This is the only subscription box I have ever gotten (35 years old, so have had plenty of opportunity). Absolutely love it. I was never super into makeup growing up and we didn't have makeup tutorials online, so I had no idea what I was doing. Each box comes with a little pamphlet to explain how to use some of the items (because most instruction labels are in Korean, Japanese, etc.). Great value and quality and customer service. My last box had a damaged item (probably from heat) and they were very responsive and sent me a bonus item in my next box. Cheers to them! For people like me who have no idea where to start with makeup, this is great. Unfortunately I will have to stop soon bc of financial issues, but I am sure I will get a box here or there in the future.

The products are really cute and all and it’s a very nice surprise because you never know which one you will end up getting.
However… the downside is the shipment. I’ve been a subscriber since April and I had already three issues and the palette came all destroyed which was the one I was looking forward to most….. Overall, cute products and fun but yeah, shipment when you are in Europe is not ideal …

Because their reward boxes aren't packaged very securely they lost a part of my winning prize twice, but their customer service is very nice and responds reasonably quick. They either sent me the lost item again or they let me chose a different item under a certain value from their JapanHaul shop. They were super nice about it and the issue got resolved quickly. Sooo... yay?

Customer support was super helpful and fast at correcting any issues I’ve had. The business itself always sends fun new products in cute packaging and I’m never left feeling sad about what items I have received.

I used to get this box a few years ago and it was fine. Seems to have gone downhill since.

The box is way pricier now and they've also added a pretty high shipping fee. Shipping used to be included in the boxes price. For this high shipping fee I had to wait about two weeks for the box to actually ship. What am I paying the high shipping rate for exactly?

Items were pretty cheap and all very samey. Not worth the cost of the box. One item that was advertised had also been switched with a cheap facemask without any notification from the company.

Also, they don't offer refunds which is very shadey.

There are always plenty of products in the box and from quality brands that sometimes are hard to be bought elsewhere. Really enjoy this subscription!

I really love this company! It's the first beauty subscription box, where it doesn't cost an arm and a leg every month to have. I am really happy with this company and the products I have received.

The products are beautiful but they're little in size. The box isn't very pricey but with the shipping (I live in Italy) it becomes a little too much. Overall a good experience

I just recieved my first box. I love it! Great mix of cute things.

This subscription box is always fun to receive and fuss free. Shipping is fast and So far the items have always arrived in perfect condition. The makeup and skincare items are a nice selection and good quality. There is usually a good variety so while not everything is for me personally I've never received a box I didn't love :)

I was gifted a NMNL box so I am not sure if I had purchased it on my own, how much control I would have in terms of the color selection. Overall, it was a nice surprise of a gift. A lot of products that I would not have purchased on my own and am excited to try them out. I wish that there was a way to help select the types of colors included as some do not suit my style or skin tone. Otherwise, it is a fun gift to receive
