They took the money from my bank but never sent me order number. Only a welcome letter was sent and repeated emails triggered nothing.

Based in China claiming to a European company. Beware. Can't coment on quality because I've not received item in the time frame specifed.
It was supposed to be a present for my 85yo mum's birthday and you failed to deliver.

I bought 2 bags, got them and realized they were too small for what I need. I asked via email about returning them. They requested pictures, I sent pics on 12/1/25. Nothing from them since then. My CC charge doesn’t show a phone # to reach them. Their customer service and response is non existent. Bags are ok, but requesting a return is awful. Oh, and I was supposed to get a free wallet with my order. NOPE didn’t come.

A beautiful gift. Think I will need to purchase one for myself.

Easy ordering and about 2 weeks later bags arrived from company.

They sent the wrong bag. It smells as there was no anti mould sachet inside. After sending numerous messages through contact and many many emails. They said I have to pay to return it to the States. Which will cost a fortune with no guarantee I'll get my money back. They should be reported to Google as they are con artists. And I've lost nearly £50.

This purse is exactly as advertised. Two strap option is great! Quality product. Soft and well made. And great value. Customer service was outstanding. The order was misplaced during delivery and a replacement was promptly sent.

I bought two crossbody bags. The size was too big. I am trying to do a return . They are not answering my emails. When I try doing the return online ,an error comes up as no such order number. I am being scammed. This company is a scam.

I purchased 2 of your hand bags and absolutely love them. Took them on Vacation to Curacao, and received many compliments. They are exactly as pictured on the site.

This is the second bag I purchased it’s a perfect size for daytime wear. I have the black & the beige.

I love the pocketbook but they said it was going to come with extra straps that was not the case.

While the quality of the purse was quite nice, I was very disappointed in the actual size of the bag when I received it as when advertised, the photos of the bag appeared to show the bag to be much bigger than it actually is. The bag only holds a phone, a small change purse, a few keys and a tissue. Nothing more , therefore the bag is not suitable for daily use.

Loved the quality of Luma crossbody bag , enjoy having two different straps to use. Customer service was exceptional , courteous and helpful.

Delivery was awful. Purse was sent in a bag instead of a box. Therefore it was crushed, in addition the fabric bag to store the purse was just shoved in the package. Very disappointed,

I loved my ivory noir & blanc purse, so I ordered a black one. The quality was far less than the first one. Cheap leather (not sure it's leather), and gaudy gold hardware.

I received it quickly. That was a Big plus. It is very roomy and holds everything I want to put in it. Now my only problem is which strap to put on it.

The product is small and functional.
It was perfect cross body bag I was looking for.
