A few years ago I went on a health retreat in Co. Mayo and each morning we would juice our own wheatgrass shots due to its health benefits. Since then I was looking for an easy way to continue that ritual at home as well..and I finally found that about 18month ago here at the organic superfood company Since then I am regulary taking a shot of wheatgrass in the morning, knowing that my health is benefiting. Last year I discovered their broccoli and beetroot shots which I have now also added to my routine, especially when I am feeling I have overdone it, am stressed or just need that extra bit of TLC. I am self employed and work long hours, often I dont eat as many vegetables as I want and am greatful for this simple way to add a bit of goodness to my diet. Would highly rexommend

I was skeptical as there is so much 'healthy juices' on the market but I did some research and thought I would give these a try! And I'm so glad I did I have not looked back and feel they are worth every penny!

I have used the Organic Superfood Company for the past 3 years. Initially I was suffering from extreme tiredness, inflammation and gut issues.
I started taking the wheat grass shots on a recommendation from a friend who was using then. I started my shots on an empty stomach every morning and after about 10 days I started to notice a substantial improvement in my energy levels. And also an improvement in the in the amount of times I got any sort of infection. I am also gluten intolerant which these shots support.
I am now also taking the new broccoli shots which are really helping my inflammatory issues.
They are now part and parcel of my daily nutritional regime as they are the first supplement I’ve tried that I feel really works. Well worth the investment!!!,

I take both shots religiously every day. I suffer with chronic arthritis and researched natural ways I could help myself. I have felt a huge improvement and have only been drinking them a few weeks. I’m delighted to see that there is a new shot, pure broccoli sprout with double the Sulforaphane content than the original broccoli and beetroot one. I was searching for organic wheatgrass juice for a while, couldn’t find anything decent on the market. I discovered this brand in my gym about a year ago and bought a couple of bottles. I ordered a box online to see how I felt after giving them a good chance to work. I signed up to the subscription service so I get them every month without having to even think about ordering. I couldn’t be without them now. The energy they give is incredible. The odd time I get sick it’s so mild compared to doses I got before drinking this. I have so many people onto it aswell. The customer service is always very quick as is delivery.

I have been taking both the wheatgrass and broccoli sprout and beetroot shots everyday for about a year and a half and I wouldn’t be without them now.

I absolutely love these shots! I started with the beetroot shot first about 4 weeks ago & loved it immediately. I then ordered the wheatgrass shots within a week of starting the beetroot shots as I felt I was missing out on the wheatgrass benefits. I wanted the holistic approach of using both.

Each delivery arrived without delay and I have taken both shots ever since. I got the 4 boxes for 3 offer as I wanted to give both of them a good chance of getting into my system & doing their magic! As it happens I had bloods done just before I started them which were all good thankfully but out of curiosity I will ask for follow up bloods in a couple of months just to see if there are any changes in them.

I like mine chilled from the fridge (my choice and not at all necessary) & take both in the morning on an empty stomach about 5 mins apart (again my choice, not necessary I believe) but don’t down them in one go like a traditional shot! I prefer to savour them and swish them around in my mouth before swallowing. This is a good thing for oral health & I like to taste each of them rather than downing them. The beetroot is my favourite, I love the taste. The wheatgrass is not awful by any means and I’m hoping my tastebuds will come to love it as much as the beetroot. It’s beginning to taste nicer to me already. Regardless I won’t stop taking it just because of the taste!

I look forward each morning to taking these shots and have never had an adverse reaction to either. I know I am giving myself so much goodness in these 2 little bottles and feel great with increased energy from taking them. I believe they are worth every cent and would prefer these than a takeaway coffee any day. I believe I am making better food choices because of these shots which is a plus for me. I love how portable they are and will be bringing them on a trip with me overseas this week as I wouldn’t be without them now.

I would highly recommend NHNH & their high quality shots.
