It was good few contact were rented out, isharath jahan helped me a lot with finding the room and she has been very patient in understanding my requirement.

Assign a dedicated relationship manager to search and shortlist the house as per customer requirements. They are guiding in better way and help to talk with owner to arranging the visit.

I paid ~₹8000 for the NoBroker Relax/Flexi plan expecting a hassle-free property search experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be highly disappointing and misleading.

- I requested 2 property visits:

- One was assigned with a completely wrong location
- The second was not suitable, and I requested rescheduling

- Shockingly, my account shows 5 visits as completed, even though I have not successfully visited a single property

- 3 of these “visits” were based on incorrect property information:

- Listings mentioned non-vegetarian tenants allowed
- In reality, those properties did not allow non-vegetarian tenants

This is clear misinformation, and such cases should NOT be counted as visits.

Service experience was equally poor:

- RMs (Rohit & Nisha) were unresponsive and poorly coordinated
- No understanding of customer preferences
- Irrelevant property suggestions
- Misleading communication throughout

I have video proof and call recordings to support all of this.

At this point, I have completely lost trust in the service. Paying ₹8000 for this level of service is unacceptable.

Would not recommend this plan to anyone unless these serious issues are fixed.

NB only promises of high quality leads for property rental advertising. I also tried availing their other services like deep cleaning and painting. None of them are worth the price. NB property rental leads are majorly fake. In that pretext NB asks for subscription plan. After posting for 3 months, not a single genuine lead was provided. NB only says that are only adverting platform and they cannot do anything about leads provided. It's fake.

Still stand by it …Extremely disappointed with my experience with NoBroker.

I subscribed to their eKhata service in January after a very aggressive sales call. The representative insisted on full payment upfront and wouldn’t even let me end the call until I completed the payment. I trusted their promises and paid in full — that was my first mistake.

Months went by with absolutely no progress. After repeated follow-ups and getting nowhere, I finally requested a refund. After a lot of back-and-forth, I agreed to a partial refund just to cut my losses. Even that has not been processed despite months of chasing them.

I’ve written to multiple people within the company, including their CEO Amit, and all I receive are standard apology emails with no actual resolution.

At this point, it feels like their business model is to collect money upfront and then delay indefinitely, hoping customers give up. Most people probably don’t have the time or patience to keep following up, so they get to keep the money. Unfortunately for them, I’ve persisted — but still no results.

This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before paying them upfront.

Very poor service, poor accountability, and no customer focus. ❌Would not recommend. 🚫

Promt response from Relationship assitant even in offline mode

They let me book a service.. then kept on canceling it stating that I canceled it. Customer support is being handled by bots who would give you very limited options. After a few reschedules, I asked them to refund and they provided a partial refund. Feels like cheating.

Please don't trust i am member, getting worst day by day. they took advance book mover packer. the labour came and vanish. 2 hours regular call and customer care didn't provide service provider and stop giving service. my shifting was due, take leave from the office. new tenant came and huge mass on my head. still 499 advance slip and online showing shifting is under process

I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker after taking their paid plan (₹7,079), and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before opting for their services.

I was clearly assured by the Field Relationship Manager (Subramani) that if I made the payment, the apartment I shortlisted could be blocked and better options would be shown. Based on this, I proceeded with the payment. However, the very next day, the Relationship Manager (Babu Prasad) denied this completely. This felt like I was misled into paying.

The service after payment was even worse. The assigned field managers did not show up for scheduled visits, stopped responding to calls, and I was left waiting at locations without any support. In some cases, I was asked to coordinate directly with owners or watchmen, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for a managed service.

The properties shown were repeatedly below standard and did not match my requirements at all. On top of that, an important limitation of the plan (only 10 property contacts) was never disclosed upfront.

There were also constant issues with incorrect location details, and I had to struggle to even find the properties. Even for scheduled visits, no one would assist properly.

Another major problem was the lack of coordination — multiple people kept calling during working hours asking for the same details, which was very disruptive. There was no single point of contact or accountability.

What was most disappointing was the attitude. Instead of resolving the issues, the team kept defending their mistakes and handling the situation in an unprofessional manner.

Overall, this experience felt like a complete waste of money and time. I have lost trust in this service and will be raising this further on consumer platforms to ensure others do not go through the same experience.

Extremely poor response from no broker during shifting. Last day they demanded close to 25k additional quoting that they cannot take my items in that less a cost. It was after 20 days of booking? When represented, they simply said take your booking cost back. Their response mechanism is very poor. Very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful

🚨🚨‼️‼️The MOST FRAUDULENT COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR PLANS AS THE MOMENT YOU PAY THEY WILL VANISH WITH YOUR MONEY! Their customer service is extremely negligent and pathetic! This whole company is a SCAM AND A JOKE!!

I really appreciate the support got from RM Idharat Jahan, she find out some properties and scheduled visit for me.
There are lot of properties on No broker app which does help to find the right property which can fulfill the tenant requirements.

The only negative point I would say is that for some scheduled visits no broker person was not there and when I tried to contact it was getting connected to customer care not with the related no broker person, due to this my visit didn't happen and I had to return from side without visit

My tenant relationship manager was communicative, supportive and helpful. I wish her the very best.

Excellent way of proving solutions and polite behaviour.

Don't waste your money paying to these online companies. Put TOLET board on your gate, post free ads on the online websites. The relationship manager never called me back and update the status on tenants and could not even find a tenant in 50days. I used to call the sales person and complain on relationship manager every week then only the relationship manager calls and says silly stories like I am talking to the tenants, I was sick last week, I was off last Sunday etc., but never ever genuinely put efforts to find out the tenants and update the status.
After 8months I took the CPMS life time plan but same story repeated. They could not find the tenants after 70days, the relationship manager never responds, sales person also never responds when asked about the refund. They are troubling a lot to refund the amount, I called several people. Finally I sent an email to grievance's email then they responded and asked what is the issues. I simply asked them to refund my amount because their service is very bad, worst behavior, never update the status, disrespect to the owner, could not find the tenants in 70days.

I am writing this to formally escalate a serious complaint regarding my recent experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers, which has resulted in financial loss, mental stress, and complete dissatisfaction.

Firstly, there was a significant delay in the pickup of my stuff, which disrupted my entire schedule and caused inconvenience, including additional financial loss.

Secondly, and most concerning, some of my items appear to have been stolen during transit. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and integrity of your service.

Additionally, my bed has been damaged, and my luxury bike was handled very poorly, resulting in visible damage. These were valuable items, and such negligence is highly unprofessional.

To make matters worse, your customer support team has been extremely unresponsive. My repeated calls and attempts to reach out were ignored, leaving me without any support or resolution.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I trusted NoBroker with my belongings, and in return, I have faced theft, damage, delays, and zero accountability.

I request immediate action on the following:

1. Investigation into the missing/stolen items
2. Full compensation for the damaged bed and luxury bike
3. Reimbursement for losses incurred due to delayed pickup
4. Strict action against the responsible team
5. A dedicated point of contact for resolving this issue urgently

If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through legal channels and consumer forums.
They have contacted me after I have written a review and they didn't follow up with me as sneha has booked the services but she was not at all taking ownership for this loss that I have suffered
And Nandita has called me and she has told forcefully for removing the feedback that I have given and they have forced me to delete the review and give a new review comment such a unprofessional behaviour of them if and instead of making people delete the comment they should have worked properly for the issue
Sneha who had forced me to book the service was defaming porter and
"I would like to say that porter is far better then no broker and as I have shifted mine stuff from Bengaluru to noida not a single stuff was damaged and they have done the packing of 7 layers to all mine stuff "
And from NoBroker i had suffered a loss of 25000 and still they have not given any compensation of this they have given only 2000 as a compensations and I would like to say that pls never book no broker as they always give fake promises and they are really very unprofessional and worst partner to choose for shifting delivery instead of them you can porter pakers and movers they are the best

I should have given negative marks but no option

I paid 16k for 3 months service for sale of land. 45 days over no action by RM , RM was changed 4 times , not even onebuyer lined up in 45 days, before Rm can get in to action he is changed.
This is a big scam to take Rs 5k from users without any service. Regulators should deep dive in to this company to detect and punish this company who is cheating the subscribers.

Pl do not subscribe to No broker and lose your noner this is a big scam
