I have written a previous review about this company where I explained how they took our money and did not provide service. After the review, they 'provided service', after a fashion - never getting in touch at a decent time but calling in the middle of the night several times. Finally, they said that they could not find a house in the area that we needed and that they would refund our money ON THE CONDITION THAT WE RETRACTED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW AND GAVE THEM A POSITIVE ONE INSTEAD. On March 24th 2026, Mahammad Basheer called and said this by phone, sent the requisite link to make the change and followed up with an email requesting that we 'do the needful as discussed'. I wonder how many of their positive reviews are bought in this way. Anyway, we decided that we would put this information in a new review as a warning to others who are considering this company. The money we spent, over Rs. 10,000, we consider as given away in the interest of public awareness.

This is 6th time escalation from my side in past 6months. No update on refund or clarity. This is my last escalation at this platform. If my refund is not initiated immediatly, i will go legally.
I have paid advance amount for a rented flat in october to Nobroker. But owner rent to other tenent before me. Nobroker team promised for refund.

I finalized a home within 4 days of taking the subscription from NoBroker. RM assigned to me (Mohan Palempalli) was very helpful and assisted in my home search. Really happy with how it turned out. Will definitely recommend NoBroker to everyone.

What is being marketed as “professional packers and movers” is, in reality, nothing more than untrained, unverified labour being sent to customers’ homes. This is a serious misrepresentation of services and raises major concerns around customer safety, accountability, and potential malpractice.

Even more alarming is the state of customer support. There is no ownership, no resolution mindset, and no escalation mechanism that actually works. It appears that once payment is secured, customer concerns are simply ignored.

This review is specifically intended for the senior management team at NoBroker—if you are serious about your brand reputation, this is the level at which your operations are currently failing. Immediate intervention, strict vendor verification, and accountability mechanisms are not optional—they are overdue.

Until then, customers should be extremely cautious. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this service altogether.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the service provided by NoBroker. My Relationship Manager Ishrat was exceptionally proactive throughout the property search. They maintained consistent follow-ups with owners and efficiently scheduled home visits upon my request, making the entire process seamless and professional.

Sanjay Bhargav is a very good relationship manager.

Had a very good experience in finding a house with him as a tenant.

It was good few contact were rented out, isharath jahan helped me a lot with finding the room and she has been very patient in understanding my requirement.

Assign a dedicated relationship manager to search and shortlist the house as per customer requirements. They are guiding in better way and help to talk with owner to arranging the visit.

I paid ~₹8000 for the NoBroker Relax/Flexi plan expecting a hassle-free property search experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be highly disappointing and misleading.

- I requested 2 property visits:

- One was assigned with a completely wrong location
- The second was not suitable, and I requested rescheduling

- Shockingly, my account shows 5 visits as completed, even though I have not successfully visited a single property

- 3 of these “visits” were based on incorrect property information:

- Listings mentioned non-vegetarian tenants allowed
- In reality, those properties did not allow non-vegetarian tenants

This is clear misinformation, and such cases should NOT be counted as visits.

Service experience was equally poor:

- RMs (Rohit & Nisha) were unresponsive and poorly coordinated
- No understanding of customer preferences
- Irrelevant property suggestions
- Misleading communication throughout

I have video proof and call recordings to support all of this.

At this point, I have completely lost trust in the service. Paying ₹8000 for this level of service is unacceptable.

Would not recommend this plan to anyone unless these serious issues are fixed.

NB only promises of high quality leads for property rental advertising. I also tried availing their other services like deep cleaning and painting. None of them are worth the price. NB property rental leads are majorly fake. In that pretext NB asks for subscription plan. After posting for 3 months, not a single genuine lead was provided. NB only says that are only adverting platform and they cannot do anything about leads provided. It's fake.

Still stand by it …Extremely disappointed with my experience with NoBroker.

I subscribed to their eKhata service in January after a very aggressive sales call. The representative insisted on full payment upfront and wouldn’t even let me end the call until I completed the payment. I trusted their promises and paid in full — that was my first mistake.

Months went by with absolutely no progress. After repeated follow-ups and getting nowhere, I finally requested a refund. After a lot of back-and-forth, I agreed to a partial refund just to cut my losses. Even that has not been processed despite months of chasing them.

I’ve written to multiple people within the company, including their CEO Amit, and all I receive are standard apology emails with no actual resolution.

At this point, it feels like their business model is to collect money upfront and then delay indefinitely, hoping customers give up. Most people probably don’t have the time or patience to keep following up, so they get to keep the money. Unfortunately for them, I’ve persisted — but still no results.

This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before paying them upfront.
