WARNING to potential customers this company has no morals extremely poor customer service and shoddy workmanship

We purchased our summer house in August 2023 after visiting the showroom in person talking to the salesman we decided to upgrade on a rubber roof and thicker cladding. The summer house arrived mid August 2024 that’s where the problems began .

Two workmen arrived, assessed our base, that we had prepared and acknowledged it was fit for purpose.

We were previously advised by the sales person that we spoke to on the day of ordering that we should have a DPM. We were also advised that we could and should purchase this ourselves from a local builder merchant, which we did.

The Workmen to our surprise said our base didn’t require this DPM and it was a waste of our money and we should return to the supplier and get a refund, so the summer house was put up without the DPM by their advice.

Late October we were noticing water coming in various points on the back panels. We tried to address this by putting up some guttering but still the back wall was soaking in many areas particularly the floor area. Water was also coming in around the seals of the windows, we requested somebody to come and have a look.

We were advised It was due to the corner joins that needed resealing, we also pointed out that our roof rubber had been poorly attached and cut too short exposing timber!

So in November the corners were sealed and a new rubber was replaced on the roof.

Within weeks, we were experiencing exactly the same problem, so head of customer relations Mark Beale came along with a member of staff and they decided the corner caps had to come off to be resealed properly!

This did not solve the problem. We asked at this point for a refund or a replacement, our request was rejected.

In March of this year they decided to take down the building completely provide a DPM and Rebuild the summer house.
Unfortunately, all this did was to provide us with a summer house that looked secondhand! more screw holes then we had previously and black bitumen stains all over the interior which took us a day to sand and scrub clean.

Did this solve the problem? No of course not again we asked Noah Garden Rooms to take the summerhouse away and refund or replace. They declined and said it was possibly the paint was the problem! We had a visit from a member of Protec Paint Company who as we already believed assured us the paint was not the problem. However they suggested to Noah Garden Rooms a clear coat of one of their products may seal any gaps that the water was coming in.

To workmen arrived at 7.30am with the paint that was recommended. On the tin clearly states 2 to 3 coats should be applied with 2 to 3 hours drying time in between. Within an hour and a half they advise two coats have been placed and that was their job for the day. I insisted I wanted a third coat by 11.30am they advised 3 coats have been applied and they left. It was evident that paint was put on lightly due to the vast amount left in the tin!

By this time we had had several conversations with citizens advice who said we were entitled to return and have a full refund or retain and request a partial refund( the later was requested by us as we had quotes from reputable local companies who could rectify the problem) Noah garden rooms refused either the next move they said, was to involve TRADA an independent timber specialist company in which they advised they would fit the bill of approximately £2600, although in the small print it’s clear if they could find any evidence of wear and tear that bill would be past to us! the only wear and tear we have had on that summer house is the amount of work they have carried out to try and repair how would we be able to prove this ??

The stress has been unmeasurable.

Please think long and hard before using this company.

Great experience from start to finish, the Quality is 2nd to non, upgraded roof "best decision" the Builders were Great,Proffional and made sure we were happy with our Summer House, wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Excellent service throughout, staff were all helpful, delivery was on the expected time and date, both Jason and Jim were friendly and had both mine and my brothers shed up in good time with no issues, was extremely happy with the build and would recommend the company to anyone looking to have a garden shed or outbuilding

Turned upon time they said excellent service the two men that delivered the sheds and put them up Jason and Jim to very down to earth very pleasant guys they done a cracking job very satisfied would recommend to anybody

The company were great when we deferred delivery a number of times while we had the base levelled. When we gave the the go ahead (finally) the team arrived on the date and time agreed and installed the garden room / shed in a matter of hours. The lads were helpful and neat in their method of work and didn't drink too much of my tea & coffee! A thoroughly professional outfit. Highly recommended.

Customising via the web site was very easy. Good constant communication about order progress and delivery.

This is a warning!, while I am reasonably happy with my workshop I’m not happy with the way the six
18”x24” glass window where installed.
Four of the six have now cracked after the heavy rain last week.
I put this down to the massive amount of silicone applied before installation of the glass, wood expands and glass doesn’t, especially if the glass is bedded completely in silicone.
Removal of the broken glass is now very dangerous as it will not budge without shards of glass going everywhere.
Be warned do not let the fitters bed your glass using tubes of silicone!!!.
Spoke to Noah and not a lot of interest from them.
Noah have since contacted me, and very kindly, delivered replacement panes for my workshop within just two days. Can’t fault their customer service, many thanks.

From ordering to delivery everything went perfectly. Aaron arrived a little after 7.00am and we unloaded my big shed. Later in the day my son and I erected it in about four hours. Everything needed was supplied, boxes of screws, sealant for the panel joins, felt and loads of clout nails, a very complete kit. Quality is superb and everything fitted together nicely. Don't go anywhere else for your shed!

Just had a shed supplied and installed, first class, would definitely recommend

We had our 18ft x12ft workshop fitted by Steve and Harrison, great guys, very polite, the workshop went up very quick and was expertly fitted, they leftthe site clean and tidy, all round a great service, and a great product.

Don Morris Summer house by Noah. Nice looking, solid construction. Got it via listing on eBay. Great customer service. Took 8 weeks from ordering to delivery and installation. Affordable prices, which includes full service if applicable. On the installation day, the team arrived as planned. 2 guys are very polite and respectful. Installed full sumer house 16 x 10ft in 3-4 hrs. Thanks, guys.

Yup, these guys did the business. Aaron and Harry worked hard and did a great install.
You do need to have a couple of strong helpers to help get the materials from the truck, but that's in the terms. Read them (I didn't sufficiently).
But they were excellent. And the build quality is fantastic. Happy, happy customer.

Aaron and Ste the installers happily got on with the build with running commentary and constant banter. Shed is high spec in terms of materials used now just got to paint the 18’x10’ beast…..

Bought a Lydian for a garden office and they guys made sure it was smooth from start to finish! Would 100% recommend Noah, building quality is the best I’ve seen! Steve & Aaron were great- fast, efficient, and communicative!

Excellent customer service, I had many questions to ensure I got the base constructed perfectly and they were always happy to help.
We purchased the 14'x8' chesterfield summerhouse, the quality is very high, having searched around for quite some time I couldn't be happier to have found Noah Garden Rooms, the price was highly competitive and the quality superior, we upgraded the floor to tongue and groove which in my opinion is a nice finished look.
The installation went great, very friendly and installed in just two hours, everything fits in place and looks wonderful.
