A difficult job, well done.
The job was not straight forward. The engineer worked hard for 6 hours to get the job done. He had a very dry sense of humor. He would not be beaten and when the job was done it was a great sense of achievement for both of us. I now have drains that work for the first time in months. Communications with the company were good.

The response was very good
The response was very good and a good job was done on removing the blockage and on inserting the sleeve and removing the scale. The cctv footage sent to us was not very clear though. Also, the drainage report says that high pressure jetting was used, which wasn't the case. We have not had any recurring problem since the work was done. The 10 year warranty should cover if something re-occurs.

A thoroughly good job from start to finish.
This company has made life easy when it comes to doing an excellent job fitting a new boiler. Damian carried out the fitting and testing also explaining the new controls etc. Very little inconvenience during the days fitting and all rubbish taken away on the same day. Well done all concerned with admin etc.

Leak wast pipe in bathroom
Rang No 1 PHD 28 Jan and the plumber came the next day, it was hard to get access to the waste pipe underneath bathroom floor, but the plumber managed to fix the leak great.
No 1 PHD are not very clear about any guarantee on the carried out. ?

Prompt response
Engineers attended promptly the day after I requested a visit. Blocked kitchen drain was flushed through and problem found fairly quickly. Left my property clean and all manhole covers and rodding points back to normal. Had no further issues and drain now flowing normally

Repairing Damaged Soakaways (Job number 44839)
The workmen explained what they going to do and were hardworking. Did a first class job. They had to dig up my block paved drive but left it just as they had found. They did an excellent job and both soak aways work perfectly.

Called another company and they left me waiting for two days and no show, called no1 PhD wish I called them first, friendly staff in the office and the engineer was with me within a couple of hours, got a fully working toilet again, will definitely use again. Thankyou
