Worst firm I’ve ever come across in my 96 years.
Engineers never turn up
Had blocked toilet which I had from 16/02/25 when I phoned them .
Engineer came then and said it was pipe work that was causing the blocked.
Paid £2700 to have path dug up get toilet unblocked,
From 16/02/25 to 16/03/25 the toilet stayed blocked.
I then rang on 12/03/25 but each day no engineer came .By 16th they promised they would come in morning but they didn’t
My granddaughter rang up and the emergancy engineer came at night and the first thing he said after trying the toilet ,you have a blockage in toilet and did a good job finding it was plastic from a Bloo blocking it .
He did a good job
Following this review, the company has responded to my concerns and made a concerted effort to make amends, for this I am grateful.

Absolutely faultless service. This company visited my 82 year old Mum who lives on her own. Jamie, the technician was polite and friendly and put my Mums mind at ease immediately. He looked at the problem and gave 2 options of either cleaning out the drain or replacing it. The dearer option wasn’t in my Mums price bracket. He could see she wasn’t in a strong financial place, so he offered to clear the drains for FREE. What a gent. So grateful that companies like this still exist. Highly recommended. Thank you

It was a very stressful experience
It was a very stressful experience. They did sort out the problem. However having said the paper work wiould arrive in 10 days we repeatedly had to email and ask for it and it took two months, the Loss adjuster was not happy with its vaugeness. The system of costing is very vague and just kept going up. We would not recommend.

On time, efficient handling of the problem.
Arrived on time for initial visit to blockage - required CCTV inspection, identification of the scope of the problem. Problem detailed and costed. Payment made at that point.
Team came back as planned 2 working days later, laid new drains and cleared the site. Overall good and timely service. Job done with warranty.

Blocked outside drains
My drains were blocked outside Harvey came and cleared them and placed liners inside the pipes. Great service very friendly and left the outside area clean. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks.
