Don’t need to sit in a class
Busy mom and this is state approved. I only needed the basic food handlers but this site offers other permits. Also asked a restaurant if this was a good site and they said, it’s what their employees use.

1) It was difficult to actually "start"…
1) It was difficult to actually "start" the course after I paid for it. 2) Some test questions had answers not found in the course content. 3) Poor ISD: not all answer distracters were "findable" in the course content as they should be. You need a professional instructional designer to upgrade the quality of this course.

The first time I took the course and proceeded to take the test, the results from 3 years ago appeared. I had to take the course a second time. And, the question about FIFO was confusing. I could not understand what was being requested so I selected the date closest to 7 days out.
