Took and passed course over a month ago but have not received my certificate and card, or even the lamination that was supposed to be on it. Will see if anyone responds to my query about this.

It was good information, short and concise. Test had a couple of questions that didn't give enough information, but overall it was good.

The guidelines are easy to follow
The guidelines are easy to follow. The short videos and lessons are appropriate and very much applicable to real life. Very informative and educational. However, one question I remember was about where you should wash your hands and the choices were bathroom sink, kitchen sink and utility sink none of these were correct. It should be in the a specific “hand washing sink” as the lesson stated.
